Th e Doctor
At my current level (71) I get ~15 k exp per med and can get 3-4 in an hour so that's about 50-55 k exp/hr not including the time to do my c1s. Larges with DGS are about 40-45 k exp, and I can get 2-3 in an hour which is 100 k/hr+. Groups will do more than one floor in a row often so waiting is a non issue as I always have my ring of kinship on to tele if a call for a group goes out while I do my other stuff. So in short no, solo still sucks. CharlieBrown
It's only 30 minutes to find a team in DGS in dead parts of the night.Other than that; no one is stopping you from hosting a floor yourselfNew keyers are always welcome and getting 30 minutes a floor as a new keyer isn't hard at all.If you join good DGS teams you can do ~3 per hour, which is 350 k + xp for meI dunno how much you're getting, looks to be 60 k a floor. So this would still be 180k+On average i do at least 2 floors an hour with dgs without much trouble at all. Anon523
It's only 30 minutes to find a team in DGS in dead parts of the night. Good point I think that's the reason why I have problems, I'm in Australia timezone so it's quite the opposite of most RSers.
JPMC Mate
I am not confident enough to key in DGS. :/ Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous. Th e Doctor
I am not confident enough to key in DGS. :/ 1. Improve self-esteem.2. Key floors3. ????4. Profit! Seriously, they're willing to teach anybody who wants to learn. Its not about confidence, that comes with practice. Its comes with teachability. JPMC Mate
I wonder how I will be able to handle such fast floors. :P Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. saya114
As already been posted, most people have a team of friends they do dungeons with all the time, remove the time spent finding a team and your exp/hr almost doubles if you can keep up consistant floor times. Our_Moon
I'll just add that today was the slowest day in DGS that I've seen in weeks... don't be dissuaded by the fact that you couldn't find a team immediately. Also, as a new player, some keyers will not want you on their teams, so that does slow things down a bit, but the only way to become "established" is to do floors =p. Dex
Solo dg was never as bad as people make it out to be, the exp rate from soloing was suppose to similiar to other skills of the same level. Even though it might take a while for you to find a team on dgs, you can do other things during that time e.g. fletching, fm, wc, fishing, cooking, smithing, crafting. Basically anything that is fast to start and stop doing. You don't have to wait in daemonheim all the time.
xpx
Are you really actively spending 30 minutes to find teammates? yeah... Not to mention, it's easier to get teams if you get to know people and show you are useful. Realistically, soloing is still less than half the xp of larges- while an average med is around 25k xp(assuming i'd do higher meds too, f30 is 22k xp no death, but occ and war are harder to not die) and takes an average of 11-12 minutes, while larges give me an average of around 110k xp and take around 22 minutes(i guess you can add like 5 minutes for finding a team, but you should always have something to do while bankstanding, etc), so that's still 125k vs 250k xp an hour. Nifflin
You can skill while waiting at deamonheim in the DGS cc. I've gotten tons of levels in other skills like that. Much better then soloing or dealing with derp teams. PM me in game anytime It's a lot easier then that for an idiot to sound smart on the internet. That's exactly what you're doing right now... just saying.
DefiantHeart
I found (assuming you're lower level), doing 2:1 meds was very, very quick xp if you know how to dungeoneer fairly well. 10min floors for 20-30k/floor isn't bad if you can't (or don't want to for some reason) find a large. Doing it solo adds a min or two, but the idea is the same.
