Turm is definitely worth the money, but I'm not sure if spending your whole bank on it is all that smart. Should try to make at least 10-15m more, then get turmoil so you'll have something to work with when you're done.

No, you should make sure you'll have a little extra. Don't spend your bank just to realize you can't repair your chaotics, for example. But as long as you don't literally use up all of your money and have enough to maintain your weapons to make back some money, it's a good idea.

The base boost of Turmoil is pretty impressive, plus most monsters will give you a high % of atk, str, and def, so yes, Turmoil is worth it. However, don't spend your whole bank on it.

Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous.

When I got turmoil I ended up spending my whole bank on it. I was doing arma gwd to get the money for it, and I remember thinking "If I could just get a hilt, I'd have exactly enough to get 95 prayer." Then I got a hilt and invested my whole bank into getting turmoil. The bones bought for a bit cheaper than I expected so I had a few mil left over, but it was pretty much my whole bank. I didn't regret it at all.

I say go for it, turmoil and soul split are awesome.

You could buy them in a week or so since they are dropping, but honestly, 4.3k ea is pretty cheap, so I'd buy em now, personally.

Yes do it, if you decide on reg dragon bones don't try frost d bones. I did 800 frost bones for fun and couldn't bring myself to go back to red d bones. Once you get it go DG with it for your rapier while doing herb runs to make back your bank.
