hmm, is it possible to express attack bonus from equipment into attack levels? like say 10 points in attack accuracy from equipment equals 1 attack level bonus? or is that still a mystery untold...?

 

because in the end, they both influence accuracy, so there has to be a link somewhere. if we can figure a way to measure this we could end with some nice calculations to prove wheter the loss of 10 accuracy points really matter.

it takes 8 levels translates to +100%

64 equipment bonus translates to +100%

 

But it is not possible to say, in general that 1 level equal to 8 equipment bonus.

Because the level and equipment bonus are multiplied to one another.

 

Example.

You have 1,000% level, 100% equipment.

In this scenario, 64 equipment bonus would 2x your damage output, and it would take 80 strength levels to 8x your damage output.

 

Lets say you have 100% level, 1,000% equipment.

in this case, 8 strength levels would 2x your damage output, but you'd need 640 equipment bonus.

 

the relative value of levels and equipment bonus is a function of how many levels and equipment bonus you have.
