"conserve to cash w/out having a really slow exp rate" I'll just assume you want efficient advice :P.

You can make brews, boosting at 82 to make special recovers, at 83 to make superantifire and at 83/84 to make extreme attack.

Lol, I was at a lost for words for the moment :D

Thanks! And I'm assuming you are refering to boosting w/ greenman ales? If so wouldn't that require alot of extra ales?

I mean boosting with mature greenman's ales to 84 and 85, then stews to 88+ as needed.

Your stats will go up or down one level every minute until they are at your base level. This means that when you drink a potion, you'll have the highest possible boost for 1-60 seconds depending on where in this one-minute cycle you drink the potion. If you note when a stat goes down and drink the potion right after, you can be sure you have ~55 seconds to use your boosted level in (Enhanced Excalibur is nice to do this with because it boosts defence for free).

When you log out or into the lobby, the cycle is reset. So if you do whatever you have to do within one minute from logging in then log to the lobby, you will keep your boost forever. Provided you get each herblore level in one go, you will only need 2 mature ales and about 5 lucky stews on the way to 92 herblore.

He should also do such boosted training in a place where no random occur ie: soul wars, dae bank

I think levels don't drain during random events - prayer doesn't, juju potions do however (and I think antifire etc.?). But yes randoms would be most inconvenient.

Super Def's are cheap and fast. Around 15 gp/xp.

When you get to Recover Specials, make those: 12.3 gp/xp. And they're way faster than regular potions. These are pretty good for bosshunting anyway.

Super antifires arent that great for training, as you cant buy the 2nds. You'll have to stick your hand up a phoenix' ass, which isnt very pretty. Do make a couple 100, as these are awesome for slayer/dragon farming.

Super+Ext Att are 16.1 gp/xp (you make both the super and the extreme pot)

Hope these stats help, figured them out myself.

Sorry to hi-jack, but when boosting for pots, does the minute timer for stat reductions start as you enter from the lobby, or is it a regular time (eg. always at 55s or something) that you can skip by jumping into the lobby then back in?

Every time you log in from the lobby the timer reset to 1minute, so this is handy for doing boost, i often log out before boosting so i know i got a minute if the boost is adequate.

I got a way of making collecting pheonix feather slightly easier, it does require the completion of Eagle's Peak.

I use a duel ring to travel to Mobilising army, then i run to the jungle eagle base, you need to have unlocked it to use it. Once inside the eagle nest i get a rope from the rope rack(which you have to build yourself, well worth it.) take the eagle back to the peak then take the desert eagle. Once i arrive at the desert eagle lair i just drop the rope and go out, you should be right by the pheonix. Once i get a full inventory i just tele back to mobilising army and repeat, but it's very annoying as you can get caught plucking the pheonix.
