If let's say at level 99 ranged with +0 ranged bonus, your max accuracy roll is X, then at +64 bonus it is 2X, and at +128 it is 3X etc? Likewise, does strength bonus and max hit follow the same rule of 64? Asking this because I know that at -64 attack bonuses/defence bonuses, your accuracy/defence is 0. Round down one extra time if using void range. What do you mean by round down one extra time? I thought it was established that void range gives a 20% damage bonus (1.1 x 1.1).
