LitterBug
I'm not entirely sure how the GE works but when you get something on loot share - what happens?I highly doubt the price you get is the price somebody has a buy offer for. That seems to be it pretty much. There are some more minor costs involved:-Buying stuff from general stores (out)-Paying certain npcs (for quests or whatever) (out)-Tanning hides (out)

tuuskukk14
Do you mean only rsgp or 'wealth'. anyways - monster drops, clue scrolls, random gp/item spawns Fishing, mining, herblore(not, if you only mean gp, but they can still be sold to stores for gp). can't think of any more right now. Jimmyw3000
teir 3 pots (ovls, spec recover, super antifire) takes money out essentially. pking takes money out now. barrows/degrading armour takes stuff out
pulli23
teir 3 pots (ovls, spec recover, super antifire) takes money out essentially. pking takes money out now. barrows/degrading armour takes stuff outThose things take RESOURCES out of the game, not money.. Only degrading takes money out of the game. If GP comes less fast in the game (or goes out fast enough) resource price would grow.If GP comes faster in the game (compared to other things) prices will drop. First they came to fishingand I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing Then they came to the yewsand I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews Then they came for the oresand I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores Then they came for meand there was no one left to speak out for me. levine1996
If people buy ores for Artisan's workshop, that's an out. Follow my progress toward maxing in f2p here: http://forum.tip.it/topic/296111-levine1996-maxing-out-100-f2p/

Winarr
OP is talking about actual GP (ie coins) not resources/items worth money to players. Minor: Entrance Fee to Brimhaven Dungeon (out)Moving Houses Around (out)Recharging Elf Crystals (out)Dragon Sq ?Right Half (out)Paying Butler (out)Monster Coin Drops (in)Pest Control (in)Paying Oziach to attach a visage (out) Most of the major ones have been listed already

Riptide Mage
completing tasks brings gp in You make it sound like running through a few level 87 monsters is hard which it really shouldn't be at your level.
Esper_Jones
A lot of people are misinterpreting this post... I'd also make tanning hides and repairing armor as major as well - that's quite a lot of money overall, since most people train crafting with dragonhides. As for more minor things that I came up with... Out:- Shantay Pass- Magic Carpets- Charter Ships In:- Thieving (Major!) Jack of all trades, master of thieving. 259th to 99 thieving. LitterBug
TBH, the gold coming into the game is probably mostly high alchingMonsters don't drop very much gold and usually people don't even pick it up. I guess some people sell their gold bracelets or whatever to the Rogue trader and that's also another albeit small source of gold.
i_trollz_u
Mhing doesn't add any coins to the game, with the exception of the small raw coin drops (not coinshare).

rthensley
Potentially, MOST skills could bring money into the game....via alching. Mine ores to make armour and alch.Woodcut, fletch and alch bows.etc... But like others have pointed out, most gp is brought into the game by alching. oliboli1992
Pest control bring in coins, when you win you get your combat lvlx10 in gp. [spoiler=Sig] I like to think of the Dark Bow like a Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) - you get one shot and then you're screwed.
Powerfrog
Pking people with untradables gives a large amount of coins depending on the item. But dieing with common buyable untradables, barrows gloves (100k) and korasi sword (250k) only gives 305k, so all those pkers still result in a lot of money going out of the game. I'd say one of the biggest things is people alching their longbows or platebodies though, each converts 0 coins into a large amount of coins. pulli23
I'm really wondering: is alching still done on such big scales as in 2007? Really aren't superheating while mining, plank making and various other methods now considered much better? - Making alching only something someone does for profit, not for training? First they came to fishingand I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing Then they came to the yewsand I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews Then they came for the oresand I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores Then they came for meand there was no one left to speak out for me. Really aren't superheating while mining, plank making and various other methods now considered much better? - Making alching only something someone does for profit, not for training?I'd guess that lower leveled mages who haven't gotten access to the higher leveled spells might continue to alch for XP, generating cash from whatever they're alching. Also, chances are that they wouldn't be the type to superheat mine or plank make, anyway :P In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers. The big appeal is the lack of effort doing it, and the fact that it's actually profitable with a lot of items currently. And of course all those guys that use autoclickers to do it.
