Adam007
I'm going to go ahead and assume this has been brought up before. But in case it hasn't, I think we should try to implement a filter option. It is a button next to the user's name you click that loads only their posts in a given thread. This has many uses, in particular long threads where the OP continues to update throughout. This way you do not have to spend a lot of time scrolling through other people's posts to see everything written by one person. If I need to be any clearer on the execution of this idea, let me know. obfuscator
It has been brought up before. It's a nice idea - but I believe the resolution was that this couldn't be implemented without a custom mod, which unfortunately isn't practical at this time. Wait for peter (MageUk) to respond though, just to be sure. "It's not a rest for me, it's a rest for the weights." - Dom Mazzetti
Corvus
Well, its not entirely perfect, but you can do that as is using an advanced search using the following options:Find Words: Author: [Author]Search in: forumsDisplay results: As Posts Pretty much the only thing that I know of on the search that is not compatible with getting what you are wanting, is that you may not use "search titles only" due to it overriding the display results as post option and obviously you have to be searching in topic titles and posts. Rainy_Day
Good idea, but as John said, it's not practical at this time (mainly due to our IPB being upgraded soon enough which would undo any hard work put into this).
