Did a bunch of random stuff to eventually get 99 in RS2, but it was well before skill capes - I was the 259th person to do so. :) Jack of all trades, master of thieving. 259th to 99 thieving. Was kind of happy they "fixed" all the untrimmed capes afterwards lol, was able to accept losing the cape as I would've lost it anyways :P.
