How bad do you slack?

Not expecting to make this a 2,000 page thread, however, I think it would be cool to see how efficient some people are, or aren't ;D at the game. I know a lot of people play for fun or just to shoot the crap. There are no bridges here, so trolls aren't welcome.

For those who don't know how to figure this out. Go to your adventure's log, take your days x 24 + odd amount of hours and then take your total experience and divide that by your total hours of playing time. :o

Example: My playing time is 197 Days, 22 Hours..so 197x24=4728+22=4750

Now..

My total experience is: 308,959,120

So..

308,959,120 \ 4750 = 65,044

Your turn. :D (if you want.)

Nothing wrong it as long as you are having fun with it. I for some reason never stand around. If i'm not in a skill or combat i'm still in a mini game getting xp somehow..haha.

Haha, yeah. I stopped playing actively a while ago after I gave my cash-pile to my friend (which imo was a good move). So whenever I log in I just walk around, maybe bury some bones for XP xD Heck, if I had members, if I had the least bit of interest, I would be sitting in my POH while surfing on another tab XD Members' is teh awesomes tho (except for you know what) so I'm not crazy enough to sacrifice valuable XP for leisure :P

I'm not sure what an "Average" would be. I'd put my sticks in the...35k+ pile? Anyone else agree?

Sounds reasonable to me :P Did you divide your XP by time played or do you not have an Adventure's log?

Depending on how long you've played, 36k/hr is really good!

... I think.

I find that rather shocking. I figured it would be far lower, like the 20K'ish region. But I actually think that the reason it's not is because I've actually been skilling the past year and a half'ish (really, ever since dung came out). I've had to gain over 100M experience in that time, which is about 1/3rd of my total experience.

I don't think you can realistically give an average as when the playtime occurred heavily effects xp rate.

An account only created this year will inevitably have a better xp:hr than an account from 10 years ago because xp rates have grown over the years and its virtually impossible to drag tht value back up in later years short of getting really insanely excessive xp rates.

Well, it's been 17 months since Dungs' release. 100M/17 = 5.8M XP/month roughly? Translates to 194K a day, 8.1k/hr.

What if the veteran acc uses the same training methods that the new account does? Couldn't they at least excell in that area, considering they'd have much higher skills and so they get more XP?

300,123,700 / 8118 = 36970 exp/hour.

It's weird to think that with 27 more days of play time I'll have spent an entire year worth of time logged into RS.

99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving.

Jagex'd out of my untrimmed hp cape on 6/14/2011.

Using a rough estimate rather than the exact number of hours I have allotted on my main, I'm at about 31.5k/hour. :ohnoes:
