(Dammit, cuz resizable is my favourite) Try setting screen size to either "Fixed," or change "max screen size" under graphics options to 1024x768.Not the best solution to be honest, considering my screen is 1366x768 and that leaves a lot of dead space and a huge scroll-bar on the right of my screen which did not exist previously.
