If its anything like PC, Zuni set is no longer viable for t6.

I'm running

MoJ

Taskers

Tall Mans

Stone of Jordan (30% elite damage)

Hellcat Waist (5% elite)

Auguilds shoulder+chest+bracers w/ele damage (15% elite damage)

Cains pants+boots for attack speed bonus.

Thats the only viable pet build ive found for t6. Zuni got me destroyed.

Console is 2.0.6. Old gen (which is what i'm on) has lower mob density though. I managed to do a T6 without dying yesterday (first time i really attempted it) with that build and it did pretty alright. I think i managed to do it in 13 minutes. It's slow compared to PC, but lower mob density so i run around looking for mobs a lot. I was pretty happy with that since none of my other builds get close to T6 except for the Crusader. But i have to admit the Gargantuan is pretty weak. Dies a lot. Fetishes die often too, but with the passive that summons them, you hardly notice when one or two of them die. On the Guardian though, my dog was maybe 1 or 2 hits away from dying as well. So i can understand where you;re coming from for sure.

Right now i'm working on my Monk a bit. Managed to get Inna top and bottom, Raiment of the Storm Chest, Legs, Shoulders and Gloves all within the last ~3 hours. So much luck.

Need the boots now, then i want to get a Thundergod's Vigor, SOJ, and Eye of the Storm. I think i'll have a decent Monk then.

Well, when 2.1 rolls on to console, t6 will seem like a walk in the park.

The utility of monks (slow, stun, pull and etc.) is very well respected among the group I usually run with, especially on G36 upwards. So it could be handy to have a decent monk around for those GRifts should you find that you can't survive with a Jade WD. Of course I am not familiar with the scenes of console D3, but I'd imagine it wouldn't stray too far from that.

T6 is already pretty easy on Console, for some of the classes. Actually, i think the only class which struggles a bit is Monk, but even with the right build it's doable. Just not as efficiently.

My WD is probably still the easiest. I picked up a pair of Hexing Pants the yesterday and now when i'm fully buffed i go up to 1450k DPS with 11m Toughness and 14.5k Regen. I am still running a Pet build, and it's doing even better than it did before. The Dog crits for around 60m, the Fettishes crit for 10m, and i'm not sure what the Gargantuan crits for. Soon as i manage to pick up a SMK i'll be taking out the Gargantuan and replacing it with Big Bad VooDoo. I feel like the Gargantuan isn't worth it in T6. It's a really fun build though. Very little risk of dying as long as i stay mobile.

I tried  Jade build, but i coudn't make it work for me. I am probably doing something wrong, but my pet build just seems to do so much better.

I started playing on my Barb a few days ago too. Managed to finish off my IK Leapquake build. It's probably the only build on console (at the moment) that's really worth using in higher Torments. I tried doing something with Raekor and IK, but it was honestly just terrible compared. I just need to find some better weapons and i'll be set. I also need to figure out whether it's better for me to use DW or a 2H for this build.

Started up a HC Crusader yesterday. Just about done with Act 2, sitting at level 45. It's fun so far. Nothing special though. I assume once i start doing Torments the real challenge will start.

Maybe it was the updates since 2.1, but my new account on Asia server has just passed Paragon 60, yet my main char is probably better geared than my level 270 paragon on European server.

I thought seasonal was a good excuse to finally move my Diablo 3 server from EU to Asia, probably won't be able to play in 250+ ping ever again lol.

Switching from RS to Diablo is like upgrading your beer to a fifth of vodka. I, honestly, didn't want to go back to Jagex, Diablo III pwns so much :)

I can't play both at the same time.

Anyways I subbed to this thread, hopefully some srs PC players on here. Both characters can do T6 solo easily, can carry up to 1 person comfortably with them contributing nothing. RnG needs to give me better drops to increase DPS and whatnot, otherwise I'm good. WD is a pet build, sader is a pony build. I need a loooot of forgotten souls to roll the gear I have, I don't have much of anything rolled (and if it's rolled, it isn't maxed)

Sader can be like 1,079,xxx dps if I swap some items (can still do pony build), WD can be 9xx,xxx with some item swaps as well.

Can't wait for 2.1.2... Why's this taking so long. I have a monk build i can't wait to try out.

I've had it downloaded, played Space Engineers today lol. I'd be down to play if you're on PC.

Im on Xbox :s

Should have seen how some people were raging when they heard we got the patch before them, and it got even worse when they found out we already have Season 2 items.

Yeah well we're followes of GabeN so they have a right to be mad. :P

I'm kind of indifferent about the seasonal items, I've been thinking about making a seasonal character when the new season starts. I might do a monk now that monks are actually worth a damn

I'm enjoying my Monk so far, have to admit. But i think i like the new Raekor Barb the most. It actually works on console now. I've managed to get up to GR44 now, with 35 being my highest before the patch (with the Barb). So i'm quite happy with it. The 44 i cleared was with something like 5 minutes left as well. Was a really good Rifts. I feel like i might be able to get to the higher 40's with it easily now.

Have you had any luck with some Ancient shit yet?

I get tons of ancient stuff, at least 20+ ancient drops by now (with some very decent rolls) but I got rid of most of it. I actually got an ancient version of 2 of gear I was already using so I swapped those out and got some gains... Otherwise I'm still on my hunt for SMK. 70 hours on this toon, and I think most of those are on T6 trying to farm this sucker.

I've been thinking about starting a monk

Got a SMK and DoD the other day (both ancient). Kinda crapped my pants. Also found 4 Ancient Furnaces so far. 2 of them rolled Dex cause i got them on a Monk so they ended up being fairly useless, but 2 of them rolled Str, so they're pretty damn good. Can't even remember how many Ancients i have by now but i think ive pretty much replaced all my old gear by now.

not sure about console but on PC, MF is next to useless in my experience. 2.1.2 bought higher 'rare leg' rates as well. I'd rather having the old rate, the feeling of a leg drop used to be great; now it's like 'oh great..more mats', then it gets decon straight away.

2.1.2 is does fairly well to rectify some existing problems with D3. The end game is still very dull and barring maybe high 40s GR not very challenging. If you are at that stage, I highly recommend moving to PoE if you haven't already done so. It's the more hardcore and darker alternative in the ARPG genre; the end-game is much less monotonous, the community is much more vibrant and the skill tree is..well see for yourself.

Magic find is very good, get leorics crown and throw a topaz in there. I get far more drops than those without magic find.

Otherwise, I suppose I could agree with switching to PoE, which I've played. It's a bit more complex when it comes to putting gems in things, as well as a lot of other things.

You have a point in the potentials of MF; especially since t6 is not a challenge for most players, stacking MF and losing a few % of CDR and eDPS isn't really a problem. In the end it's probably difference in perspective and attitude.

I just find that rushing through rifts (usually without leorics and topaz socketed in helm) the more efficient way of getting legs. Especially considering leg rate boost relative to MF is only 1:10. In an experienced party, more CDR benefit more almost all the time (damage and movement) - drop sentry (in a confined room scenario, you barely have time to drop 1 before you move to another), dash more often, more wormholes, and etc.; for some gearing/builds you also take out the need for RORG, allowing for a gg set ring (like Endless Walk combo)/SOJ/Unity or even a gg Nagelring. Two sides of a coin.

Kridershot probably isn't all that good anymore anyway. I have one (Ancient) and i really haven't used it much. I find that a decently rolled Crossbow is better. I've been messing around with a few different builds the past week or two trying to figure out what i want to work on a bit more seriously and push higher Greater Rifts but i'm struggling to really stick to on class. I find that i do best with a WoL Monk, Condemn Crusader, and Furious Charge Barb managing to do 48 with all 3 of those, but for some reason i don't really enjoy the playstyle of any of them too much.
