Spiritbloom w/CCS third bind

So my third bind is a CCS w/t9 blazer, and I've been getting good use of of it and I've got the prioritisation/luring/managing rune pile pretty much down now. I'll be getting t10 blazer as soon as I have tokens for it too

Obviously I loot any spiritbloom/runic drops since they're free accuracy, and every so often I make spiritbloom but only when I'm completely idle, though it doesn't happen often.

However, is the extra accuracy going to add any other monsters/bosses to my mageables? Obviously if it isn't I just wont bother with occasionally making.

I guess if that's the case I could turn idle time (after stuff like ragers/sometimes ha) into making a magic pot, since that's guaranteed higher mage dps. Pba weapon bind for swapping too after I've cleared my portion of GDs if there's still non-mageables about.

I hear you can mage mages with decent accuracy if you have a lot of boosting pieces, but I think that's mainly for pures with maul + csb. Maybe shades/books?

Already have really high accuracy on shades, but I'll give books a try sometime when I end up with robes in a dg

Its stuff like hellhounds/hobgoblins/guard dogs/low tier rangers (but unsure of what tier the cutoff would be) that I'm not so sure about

I would guess that dogs and hellhounds are ok-ish to mage, but still better to battle-axe (with turm flashing of course). Same with low-tier rangers. I don't think ccs w/ fire surge is ever higher dps than pba. The only things actually better to mage are the high melee defence/low mage defence things you already know to mage. Everything else is for 1-2 hits at the end of a gd where teammates are using 2h and you cba switching or something.

hounds/hobgoblins/dogs/rangers are why i bound a maul. theyre usually very resistant to magic.

OK guess I'm completely wrong on hounds then :P. Shows how much anyone ever mages them I guess (never heard of it).

Yeah I've figured this by using it anyway, just wondering whether robes would make the difference or not. Probably not for hobgoblins/hhs since always missing on them anyway.

I'll try prioritise using spare ww/wg for a magic potion whenever possible, I'm always wary they might be needed for pottable doors ofc though so usually I'm reluctant to make the magic potion.

I'll probably just forget about making robes, they take ages anyway for the likely minimal boost, thanks all :)

I'd keep in mind that mage robes lower melee accuracy, which hurts you pretty badly if you have a pbaxe bind. If you use a p2h, you could probably ignore it and get away with it in most cases.

- You should never have enough idle time to make magic armor, and even if you did, fishing would be much better.

- Magic is already very accurate against the monsters you're supposed to use it on.

Assuming you've mastered the CCS (which is extremely difficult and requires very high APM), you should focus on improving your pathing and gating - especially complicated gating situations that can happen when DGing with less-than-capable dungeoneers - rather than worrying about increasing your magic accuracy.
