M A T T Y Z
Well, I quit Runescape for a little while in September 2011 (Fifa 12 came out ), I had my password written down on a sheet of paper in my 'safe' but I changed it just before I quit which I proceeded to forget. Anyway i'm currently in the process of trying to recover my account and iv'e had several denials because apparently I need the creation password(From 7 years ago). What's baffling me is that iv'e included everything except that e.g.-Ingame bank pin-County where I made the account-My Herblore level(Not on the highscores)-A Transaction ID from 2006-The year and month of my first ever membership purchase-The approximate creation date of my account-The ISP which I created it on-The fact that I once played the game in a Majorca bar -One of my passwords from last year I really don't see what i'm doing wrong, Iv'e emailed jagex's accounthelp address but they haven't got back to me yet. What else could I put to ensure that I get my account back? It's a level 110 account so making a new one isn't an option

tripsis
Honestly I'm not sure what we can tell you. If Jagex is denying your recovery there's nothing more you can do. But I am pretty surprised that they would deny you if you got everything right except your original password. Perhaps some of the information you submitted is actually incorrect? But again, I just don't know what we can tell you. If they're denying you, there's nothing you can really do other than keep trying and e-mail them like you've already done :/ - 99 fletching | 99 thieving | 99 construction | 99 herblore | 99 smithing | 99 woodcutting - - 99 runecrafting - 99 prayer - 125 combat - 95 farming - - Blog - DeviantART - Book Reviews & Blog
