blakdragon39
I've got a polypore dungeon task for the first time, and am a little lost on how I should do it! I went and tried it out for a bit. Was using fire wave I think. Didn't find it to be my favourite task.. What's the best way to kill them? Should I be praying, or just eating, or something else? Are they worth all the time and runes? I'm considering blocking them if they don't even drop anything that great.
Ellac
Most people would just skip them, and if you block, you also block the ganodermic creatures which are actually a good task I think. Thanks to Iglw for the amazing signature!
blakdragon39
It blocks all ganodermic creatures?? That seems silly. :( Oh well, maybe I'll skip them then. Which ones are worth doing?
Dusk Souls
AFAIK only Ganodermic Beast are considered a good task, I can't check myself as I've only had a Fungal Mage task (which sucked to be honest)

Also, as for the 'block one it blocks them all' comment, I got that from the news post introducing the Polypore dungeon. An additional slot has been added to the Slayer rewards interface to let you block one more assignment, if you have 300 quest points. You can block all the polypore creatures using a single slot. Quyneax
You can choose to block all of them or only the one you are assigned, so that's no problem. Grifalopines are worth blocking or skipping either way.
