I only needed to hit 509! There should be a mixture of hard bosses and easy bosses. Bandos is by no means an easy boss for a low level, although it sure has become much easier. Jagex knew exactly what they were doingHAhahaha (Sorry, can't say that with a straight face regardless of context.) when they released the overpowered gear we have today. The intention is for old bosses to become relatively easy and worthless as new bosses and items come with it. The main problem is that major game changing updates like torva are years apart and the because of the rarity and power of them, the older boss drops will act as a relatively cheap stepping stone towards the new and best items for players that can't immediately acquire them. With that said, i don't think Graardor is an easy boss. Only the maxed players with all the modern gear can walk all over him solo, most players have to bank every couple kills.
