Eyes are kind of hard to see. (May be due in part to my light complexion...) I recommend buying darker colors if you want them at all. Then again, I was expecting the Blazing ones to be orange, rather than yellow, since Nocturnal looked yellow in the shop...

Will post pictures in a bit.

EDIT

The Aura itself only has one corner filled. Wonder if they'll make us upgrade these too lol...

The constant sort of pulsing that the tier 4 wings do is pretty cool. I'll have to get on the whole glowing pink eyes thing as well. Altogether a bit of a middling update, but I'm interested to see what sort of effect the lodestones will have in the long run.

As far as titles go, I am happy with my last one (Archon). I want a refund on my first title though, since I never would have gotten it if I had known Archon was coming out later.

I really wish i could get some of the crap auras I bought refunded: Equilibrium and knock-out, as I would much rather get increased versions of the ones I actually use. I would also enjoy refunding emotes I don't like.... Everything is just too expensive.

For the people upset about not getting a refund, or complaining about a reduction in price of auras - do you do this at the store, when the brand new television you bought last year is now $200 cheaper because a new one came out? New sneakers tumble in price after all the people who have to have them first purchase them. It's the price you pay for having the latest and greatest before your neighbor does.

I thought the tier 3 knockout max was raised to 200 lp though.

@above: I think most people want a refund because unlike money, loyalty points can't be earned faster.

(you also can't return or sell loyalty rewards)

granted, while it is kind of being butthurt, I wish I could get some refunds on the outfits because I didn't know there was going to be discounts, but I've put that behind me

heh, 'butthurt' and 'behind me'

You can try sneakers (and other clothing, at higher-end places) on at the store and they usually have TVs on display so that you can see their quality. You can return things that don't function as you thought they would or of which the description was lacking.

I don't think anyone's complaining about not receiving back points for discounted items, but rather not being able to return disappointing ones and not being able to see them beforehand in the case of cosmetics.

I'm mainly complaining about the fact that the items cost so much relative to how much we can obtain. (Especially considering you have to upgrade, can't just buy the best version). I also made some sub-par decisions regarding what to obtain, and that bothers me, but I can get past it. What I can't get past is how we are stuck at max 15k a month. That bothers me a lot because stuff costs several times 15k. (It will take forever just to get one, let alone multiple different t4s)

A lot of people seem to be complaining about how useless teleports are now with the lodestones.. or are thinking of replacing current methods of doing things with new methods that incorporate lodestones. But it seems a lot of people are forgetting that home tele can only be used every HALF HOUR. And I teleport around a lot more than that.

Wrong.

Half hour limit was removed a good year+ ago.

Tbh for general day to day getting around these are good if you have no hurry. Some are even pretty epic for penguin hunting eg right by yanille wall and nearer to draynor manor one or two have possible intensive uses eg cathurby could be handy for tree runs and allotment/herb runs. Though I imagine for juju herb runs it'd only be good if u did cathurby first and subsequently had the lunar trollheim spell.

But for proper training they suck eg when rcing or w/e ppl use kinship or duel rings not home tele (on ancients) because it was slower, same still applies.

No they don't. They got rid of that limit ages ago. That said, it would actually be fairly balanced if they did bring that back. eusa_think.gif

They changed that a fair while back IIRC... Or it's a members feature... Not too sure which. I know I was certainly HTing a lot when I finished off the Seers Diary earlier because it was easier to HT to the areas of Ardy and Catherby I needed.

For farming runs, lodestone teleports are way too slow anyway. The only places you need runes for are Trollheim and Catherby, the rest is already 'devalued' by other items such as combat bracelets, cabbage-port and ectophial (I'm pretty sure those are all faster than lodestones).

The lodestones are nice when you aren't in a hurry. Also nice for not having to carry around jewelry/runes. But by no means overpowered. Teleports are cheap enough already that I'll probably use them a fair amount still.

Lodestones make teleports for normal training obsolete. Most likely you're not running around with runes the whole time and by the time you withdraw from a bank, you'll have tellied with lodestones already. Teleports are pretty much only useful for training now.
