I have never before really painted anything, I use lot of pencils but never a brush. well as I currently have so much free time on my hand, I decide to give this a go and expand my skills :)

Wola my first water painting, err not so good but wth, i might learn how to, eventually? :P ohh and i need allot of colors.. I'm missing so many, had like 8 in total :P

I think you have some good instincts. The painting looks nice :). what do you think about painting people?

my next one is of a girl, I'm just damn worried about the skin color, something i know i struggled allot with using pencils, so might wait until i got some more colors to mix and play with, but hey, your not going to win anything if you don't risk something :)

I like where you're going so far. Have you tried various tactics like wet-on-wet and the use of salt and dabbing with a paper towel for extra texture? I hope you plan to work on this further because it has some potential to be a nice piece.

Look up some water color paintings and try to copy them. you'll learn more about how to paint a certain way and feel more comfortable just by copying other artists works.

Can not wait for summer so i can sit outside and paint.

Great first effort. natural ability shows

I'd suggest using more colors once you acquire them - like adding blues into shadows, greens into the water, and bits of hue to make monochromatic colors more appealing.

I like it
