Quyneax
My answer is: it isn't ;). The release of Nex made it more attractive to have 1b+ gp in equipment, as opposed to a (couple of) hundred million for just Bandos + Armadyl + Ahrim's. Staking and dicing in general makes people care less about money. iSharkMan
Doing the same thing over, and over again isn't my idea of fun. I don't know if people agree with me on this, but it is only my opinion... Your blog is all about how you're skilling farming to level 99. <_< I assume that you're having fun with it. Yeah but I am not on for hours just skilling, I do my run and log off or do something else.

Th e Doctor
Oh hey its this thread again. Welcome back good old efficiency vs fun debate, we've missed you. Fun is relative. For me fun is being efficient with earning money and xp. If its something else for you go do that and have fun earning less money and xp than me. Ambler
From someone who's had billions, I have to say it's more fun having a smaller bank, it adds more of a challenge to activities, and I can't help but notice that it feels like more of an achivement when I make money, where before I could just say "Oh, tassets? I could have mde more than that staking instead of bossing" I just feel slightly better about having less... :blink:Being rich isn't all it's hyped up to be. It get boring being able to afford anything. ^^My blog of EoC PvM, lols and Therapy.^^My livestream- Currently: Offline :(Offical Harpy Therapist of the Mad[hide=Lewtations]Barrows drops: Dharok's helm x2, Guthan's helm, Ahrim's top, Hood and skirt, Torag's hammers, Karils skirt, Karil's top, Torag's helm, Verac's skirt, Verac's Flail, Dharok's Platebody.Dag kings drops: Lost count! :wall:4k+ Glacors, 7 Ragefires, 4 Steadfasts, 4 Glaivens, 400+ shards![/hide]
stonewall337
^That's how I felt when I had divine an everything else I wanted a few years back. Its also why I don't just ask IRL friends for torva/nex stuff because I don't want everything right off. But making money is fun. Also, no one uses VOIP in RS. Boring when ur not using VOIP. Pirate Mitch
Personally for me it's like what Floating Pen said. I'm working hard right now to get jujus so I can make consistent cash, but when I'm done with that I plan on having lots of fun doing whatever I want to with the money I gain. Your hustle's busted when you can't afford a cigarette.
Plugpoint
Sometimes you need a bit of money in order to be able to afford things that would make the game more fun for you. Maxed 15/06/

Donnie
You can play for fun AFTER you get the comp cape Ehh max combat you can kill anything, with 70-80ish stats you can do most anything thats worthwhile. Most people get caught up on thinking your only having fun if you can afford to own anything that moves and make any possible thing in the game
Nash
Does it bother anybody else that the only stat the OP has with more than 1m xp in it is his 99 fishing? How many hours of grinding er... I mean cooking fishies did that take you? I bet that was really fun. I think (cant be bothered to do the math) his 99 cooking is MORE xp than ALL of his other skills combined ;) Pixel Signature Made By Me.Pixel Art Tutorial * Pixel Gallery * My Free Pixel Sigs Shop

gametoffee
The game is fun when you can go where you want and do what you want; this requires money. Good luck having fun sitting in lumbridge with a bronze hatchet.
