This may sound stupid and I am very wary to believe it, but a friend who hosts in Fishy Fc told me that it took so long because both Fishy and Starry (and a few others) maxed out their spin buying every day, and Jagex was hesitant to get rid of 400$+/day revenue. Jacmob locked the dragon dyce fc for an hour once, afterwards it was business as usual. If this is Jacmob's doing, I'm doubtful it's permanent. The account got unlocked 5min later and fishy paniced and traded off his max shards and then all the accs he traded got perm banned as well. Long story short fishy didn't sell anything. Fishy's spot will turn into the above; dozens of spam bots advertising various scam fc's. Starry already sold his gold, the damage was done. Banning fishy has just opened it up for dozens of smaller fc's to have a go, and I have no doubt people will get scammed as a result of this who otherwise wouldn't have.
