Misread Pack Yak banking ability...

Recommended Posts

Thought the Pack Yak banked all items it held, not individual items... will it still be worth getting it? Only kind of noticed this at 92 Summoning!

Thanks in advance!

Yes it's still very much worth getting. You can usually bank around 5 items before the special bar runs too low and it recharges reasonably quickly.

Pack yak is amazing.. 'nuff said. Seriously, it's amazingly useful.

You can always pack some summoning potions in your yak if you need to bank a lot. They are pretty much required at frosts and a few other places.

Working on max and completionist capes.

Made the same mistake as you. It just means its a little bit more difficult to manage than you expected. But it still is very valuable if only for it's increased carrying capacity. The added ability to bank items in your inventory is a plus.

Originally, it held 10 items and banked a random item in your inventory, so...

A pack yak banks 150 items per hour (+5 from starting with a full spec bar initially). That, along with the increased capacity, saves you, depending on how many inventory items you have, 4-6 bank trips, per hour, compared to using a, tortoise (this sentence is approved of by the comma society).
