SwiftKit wont start propertly on my computer. (first time running)

yes. i tried installing to several different locations, as well as deleting all versions of java from my computer, and re installing them. I really dont know what to try anymore. i also tried running it in win xp service pack 2 compatability mode to see if that would do anything different.
