They shouldn't be expendable :c But that ofcourse wouldn't make it worth money.. At least they're fairly cheap....... in comparison to other items, due to things like an x6 set. Still rotten expensive overall ofcourse...

Apparently you can use the keepsake box on the comp cape, but then you can't buy another. Shame..

Yeah it goes to default colours too. If you change the colours on your max cape or buy a second max cape, then you can change the colours on the keepbox'd cape apparently.

The item stored in the box is technically not dropped or lost, so if you use it on a holiday item you cannot regain it for wilderness.

It's capped at one cosmetic override per slot, so you won't be able to Keepsake an Attack Cape and then Keepsake a Defence Cape - you'll have to pick one of them.

Really??? a) they're expendable, and b) we can't have more than one per slot, so... we basically have to buy 1 for every single time we want to swap? I guess use it carefully......

It's probably limited by player variables, with 7 slots being made available for use with the Keepsake mechanic. It'd be more taxing to let players Keepsake as much as they wanted, which could cause issues with the Customisation Interface and generally add a lot of potential clutter.

After making the ornate bowl, Juna had the nerve to tell me to come back after gaining 100k xp or 1 quest point. Even though the last time I did this minigame was...100m xp ago?

I don't want an infinite number, but just more than one per slot, OR charge a bit more but let us keep the box after we remove an item...

I think the box only being used once is a little unfair, sure only be allowed one at a time, but let use keep the box to change what item we want to show off.

 

Also may seem obvious but I had better ask (after destroying my royal cbow -.-...), does the item you use the box on get destroyed?

Tears were lot harder to gather than they were pre-update

actually, the reaction time to switching is easier (as in it doesn't take a million years to move)

 

and the tears still move about as erratically as they did back then, so no change there

 

the main issue is juna's body clogging the screen and the clickable area being a bit iffy due to the wall dimensions

 

anyway, juna's added lore implies that the blue blob things used to live in priffidnas before it was lost

I wouldn't have mined a slight modification. Specifically it seems there is a chance of them instantly doubling back to their same spot (which is conveniently timed so that it will occur the moment you reflexively click).

 

However, the new xp, with that nice new bowl, would seem to make it worth putting up with once a week. I still wouldn't mind a bit of a curve on xp at higher levels, but whatever. It works for me at least for now. Very happy to see this relevant to my life again. Also, Juna no longer looks like something I could flick off the ledge with my sword, and more like something a God might actually have chosen to guard something.

It's a COSMETIC, I should be able to run around at level 3 in Armadyl for shits and giggles since I cant wear it in combat with players (let alone anything in general).

Whole part of the prestige of the item is doing the work to wear them, whether that is a GP restriction or a level one.

 

They don't want to remove the reasons for people to play the game. It makes every bit of sense to maintain the level requirements. It's the same sort of reason why you can't put lent items in the Keepsake box--you didn't earn them.
