You'll be at max most of the time while slaying, since I'm not convinced that ultimates/thresholds are worth it for most styles. Maybe in niche situations brews would be preferable, but rocktails > brews for standard combat. Sharks are probably still the best to use, though. Not that you should be using food, anyway. Even if they removed its stats entirely, it would mostly be unchanged. Unless people are actually using dragon armor for its stats in 2012. I seriously hope you guys don't do this. As for the topic of the EoC being released "early": whatever. It's a huge improvement over the current combat system (or as I like to call it: The Combutt Snorestem). Even if it's released with a few kinks, they're sure to be ironed out sooner or later. With the entire Runescape population actively testing and giving feedback (at about 300 decibels above legal levels) I'm sure it will be the former rather than the latter. When you force these changes upon players, you're much more likely to get feedback than if you beg them to do the tests on their own. By the time things level out again from people dumping these surplus supplies, bots will be running -- just in greater number to make up for the profit lost due to low survivability. This stuff has 78 gear stats but only a 20 def requirement, can see it becoming hugely in demand. Even if they removed its stats entirely, it would mostly be unchanged.Come to think of it, Dragon's stats are, thanks to the sliding tier system, 75% as good as Torva and 85% as good as Barrows. That's not so bad in my books, short of the fact that it's too expensive compared to Barrows gear, and it's definitely better than what it's getting in the live game.
