Maxing Questions

I have recently achieved 90+ all stats, and I am looking for the best ways to finish off to 99. I have around 200m to spend.

 

Stats

 

Fishing - C2 Fishing

Fletching - Broad Arrows ? Are they still worth it? I have never tried them before

Smithing - Addy Plates

Mining - Powermining gold at lrc

Agility - Barbarian Adv ?

Thieving - Pyramid Plunder, I dont like the method at Ape

Runecrafting - Runespan ? What are the best ways to gain xp at Runespan?

Slayer - Kuradel Tasks - Any Ideas on new blocklists?

Farming - Not really sure, I could get master greenfingers, I have been doing Yews/Papayas/Calquats

Construction - Mahogany Tables - Most of the money spent here

Hunting - Draconic Jadinkos ? I average ~ 150k xp w/ Zam Favor potions. Also I have been hunting at the Giant Chin D&D.

 

Also I have 81k Loyalty Points Available.

I have Vamp, Penance, and Jot already

 

I do Troll Invasion and Tears of Guthix. Also Mtk for funds, are there any other things for D&D's?

Fishing - C2 Fishing or use the action bar with Shilo village + Fishing urns

Agility - Barbarian Adv is the best way now. If you can gather up a great BA team, getting the Penance Horn is worth it.

Thieving - Pyramid Plunder, bets exp over all.

Runecrafting - Runespan. Be sure to keep an eye out for the things that spawn around you that are 2x exp. You can afk on the creatures, but keeping an eye out on occasion is better exp.

Slayer - Kuradel Tasks - I block Bloodveilds, Jungle Stryke and the lesser Gano cave things. Also firegiants are up to you. I'm not a fan.

Farming - do the best seeds you can for your budget. I also use all the seeds I get from my kingdom instead of selling them so look into that.

Construction - Mahogany Tables - it sucks, but yeah, gotta do that >_>

Hunting - Giant chin is a great exp event to do and doing Draconic Jadinkos is the way to go. They are the best exp. Be sure to bring the summons to boost you up.

I'd consider superheating whilst you LRC for mining xp. It is exceptionally to do now. Whilst you may not hit 99 at the same time as mining, you do save time

Try to get in your daily assists. Even 15k a day makes a huge difference in skills like RC & Con (and farm when you get to that). You have several other skills you can assist in, and even though it might not be worth it hanging around W117 Demonheim shouting about it, you might have some luck in banks, on forums or in clan/friend chats.

 

As PopeDevourer said, do penguin runs aswell. Fast exp with the penguin friends chats and a nice weekly chuck of exp to the skills you least enjoy training. :)

Slayer is the slowest skill you have left, I would suggest dumping bonus xp into that if you do not dislike agility (agility is close to slayer). For block lists, the old cannon tasks are quite bad (bloodveld, kalphites etc.) while the former slow-but-high-effigy tasks like steels and miths are now great. Effigy rates seem to be lower overall because of the reduced combat levels.

 

Broad arrows are good, do them while you finish Livid Farm, easy 150-200k fletching xp/hr in addition to full produce points, and it's less boring.

 

Farming, farm torstols or fellstalks (more xp less money usually). Torstol is still 300k/run or so, quite nice.
