MightyMuddy
I'm going for 90+ fishing for PoP what should I fish? I'm 81 fishing and I can c2 but I find it pretty click intensive and I'd like something more afkable since I have to do homework and some money wouldn't be awful. muggiwhplar
Well nowadays you can do flyfishing at barb village and drop w/ the action bar. Not too intense. I took the really easy and fun (yet incredibly inefficient) method of fishing swordfish/tuna at the fishing guild w/ clay harpoon and swordfish gloves. I think it was around 100k xp/hr, excluding time spent on minigames.
Fire Essling
Fly fishing at barbarian village or fishing monkfish is what I usually do while finishing homework. Not click intensive & its pretty afk Website corrections ~ Items & Shops ~ Bestiary ~ Quests ~ Maps & Calculators[spoiler=Rare Drops/Splits (Feb 2013 - ??)]
MightyMuddy
Okay, thank you both, I've ended up doing some fly fishing at barbarian village, using the action bar to drop is amazing haha. Blog

Sbrideau
Agreed on Fish Flingers, you get a good amount of XP with it too, depending on how well you did during the game, and official world for it is 89.
MightyMuddy
I tried out fish flingers, it's a lot of fun and the xp is good too. So thank you, also this double xp weekend is awfully convenient. :D Blog
Need4spd1
Fish Flingers is 100% the best way to get fishing experience, it's according to your fishing level on how much you get. You get 10 Tickets daily to do it so there's quite a bit of experience to be had in 1 day even. After each round you get points to spend on stuff and if your looking for the fastest experience you may want to spend those points on the fishing outfit that you can buy cause that gives you bonus xp each time you catch a fish or get any xp in fishing. It's pretty cool, I'm working on getting that outfit now, it even looks cool so that's pro lol Also I dunno if this would count towards it but you can try activating the "Festive Aura" that everybody got, it gives you a 50% XP Bonus so you could get 1 and 1/2 XP when doing that, I don't know if it works but it's worth a try, it would def be worth it lol
RWH
Well fishing isn't really 100% afk until 90+ really (when you can fish rocktails) but fly fishing at barb village + using action bar to drop fish seems like the best option. Shilo works too but I don't like how sometimes fish spots are so spread out.
