Giant mole

pwndevil

Recommended Posts

I am a pvm who has never bossed before. I can spend 2 mil on gear and I want to boss, the giant mole seems to be the easiest and so I decided that would be my place to start, these are my stats

Attack 60

Strength 49

Defense 60

Magic 36

Range 41

Prayer 32

I really need advice, thanks and have a good day

I would suggest potions to raise your stats as well, whether you make them yourself or buy them. If you have the supplies, I would recommend making them.

It costs more to gather your own ingredients, unless they are your highest source of income, in which case it is the same cost.

Can we stop with this fallacy because it's really starting to get on my nerves

Just killed it at maxed combat, god the thing is annoying. It has a large amount of health, but it burrows away every few hits, so you just end up running around the cave for 4-5 mins trying to find the damn thing.

From the unofficial RuneScape wiki:

When fighting the giant mole, pay attention when he digs to the direction he turns. Knowing he turns to the north-east, you can assume that he is going somewhere north about 85% of the time.

I haven't tried this myself, though.

The direction it digs in indeed seems to give an indication to where it wil surface, but is not always accurate in my experience and can lead to a lot of (extra) running around. (i know from personal experience) A combat familiar is a better way to find it again i think.
