Done 800k xp pretty much In one go today since waking up, really wanted to get 99 today so will do what I can to concentrate and hit that level sometime soon :)

Got this few hours ago now, went dg'ing with a friend for a few hours.. partly to show of my new keepsaked cape ofc :P

 

 

I've struggled so much with this cape, I can't seem to get perfect shades of each colour.. white has a pinkish tint while the black & gold have a hint of green in them, not sure what I'm doing wrong here.. I feel like such a noob ha.

 

I don't know if i should put this here... :P

 

Had around 40 days played when I first started going for max if I remember correctly, so around 200 days it's taken me to max, including making bank.

I'd say about 30-40 days spent bossing, 10-20 bank standing/ afk & the rest actual skilling (off 200 days) tbh.

~ Dungeoneering *Sigh* 
 

 
Did a bit of Dungeoneering a couple days ago, just with some randoms on W77.. Must of spent about 3hrs just standing around trying to find a team & the teams I did find sucked.. 20+ minute floors nty. 
It made me realise just how bad dg can be tbh, I've now joined a dg fc & persuaded a few of my dg nerd friends (lol) to take me with them, which should make the road to 120 a fair bit smoother & less of a chore!

Looking at the list I can't see anything that will take too long at all tbh, Livid farm, the few task sets I have left & 120 Dung being the only real reqs I see blocking me from comp.
Crazy Idea but I've been considering going for trim, now that my skilling is pretty much done, I don't plan on training anything past 13m xp anytime soon, I can focus on minigames, D&D's etc...
I have Barbarian Assualt, Fish Flingers & Runespan (pretty much) in the bag already.. and I'm 4/30 weeks into statues. That's a start I guess! Ha :P

Did however manage to complete the sagas & a good majority of the dg task a few days ago ; 

 

Just need to find a frost dragon now, but I really cba, I've done like 10 frozen meds so far to no avail. lol

Just Desert & Morytania task left with a considerable amount of things still yet to tick off. Desert task should be done tonight, I did the majority of things I had left to do in Dominion Tower last night (Get 6 Journal pages), Just a few easy 'special' challenges to do now. 

 

Then back to Livid farm... 220k/850k atm :(((

~ Quick update

 

It's been a while since I last posted on here, don't really have much to post about as theres nothing I really level anymore.. which originally was kinda the point why I made this blog. I'll just post on here some achievements of sort when I get them, which will be very few and far between (lol), maybe total xp milestones, trim reqs & monster drops etc. Thats all a little while from now though, firstly I still need to get some particles on my max cape! :P

 

 

I got this a couple hours ago now - It's kinda what motivated me to update this old blog, took a while to get started with but once I remembered which plant is which & had a fair few films lined up to watch while doing it, it was no problem at all... Quite relaxing even. (I think it's made me crazy tbh)

 

 

Theses are the few reqs I have left, shouldn't take long at all.. a month tops but sadly I won't be able to comp this year! :( I'll be away from the 2nd week of December till late January (thats 7ish weeks), so wont have anytime for RS at all, sucks lol. 

 

And with the new barrows set to come out today & my birthday next week (yay), I'm not sure I'll be able to get anymore comp reqs out the way before I go, In that case I'll just do my daily challenges & sinkholes for dg xp.. 110+ would be nice.

When I'm back I'll be comp in no time, it'll be wayyy over due by then, hopefully no new annoying reqs are added in the mean time. :P

~ 1st Barrows drop! :D

 

 

After only 6 kills with this team if I remember correctly, some 8 or 9 kills  overall, I've finally got a drop! :D 

Drop rate seems really common.. Pretty sure the prices will crash soon, the energies are already around 3m each in price. 

I've really got the hang of Barrows now after about 20hrs of petty mistakes made by various team members, inc myself lol starting to enjoy it now we have an almost 100% success rate! :D 

 

Vengeful (Ranged) shield sold for 947m... Will probably be half that by next week. :(

Got another shield yesterday but my silly laptop crashed not long after, before I got round to cropping/ saving ofc :( oh well many more to come I'm sure. 

Huge shame about the price of shields now, they need to make the shields more useful (Not that shields are really needed in EOC =/)... I think maybe if they added some sort of damage reduction like on the spirit shields that would help not only boost the price but make them the best shields in the game 'cause right now there not.

First there was this one.. 3rd Vengeful kiteshield, just happens to be the cheapest too :(

Pretty much done with Barrows now may go back from time to time in the future but I personally think it's now not worth the effort & my team agree so back to Vorago we go once rotation changes in one & half hours. 

Was fun while it lasted, tons of deaths but even more laughs such a shame it's not as good as Vorago profit wise as it is a really enjoyable boss, also a huge shame it only lasted a week... =/

My birthday tomorrow had a good day in terms of drops, would like to get a Vorago split tonight maybe too.. that would put the icing on the cake! :)

Originally wanted to get a screenie of 110 and post it on here, but I forgot about it all and lost the file in the process.  :wall:

Like I said almost a month ago now, I only have dg left till comp but I'm going away for 7 weeks from this Sunday so won't be able to play at all really , comp will have to wait till then! :( 

Hopefully I don't miss too much, finished that Tuska mask earlier.. hopefully not too many more reqs pop up while I'm gone!!

I had a lovely break, wish I was still out there instead of in cold miserable looking England lol.

Before I went I actually managed to grind out some 25m~ dg xp, 10m of which came in 1 straight 24hr session I grinded out a day or two before travelling, reaching 114 in the process. 

 

 

I managed to get 115 dg a few hours ago but I took too long to crop the print screen so that ones lost (laziness on my part). 

I hope to have 120 by Monday 3rd of Feb, probably could get it well before, like mid week but irl commitments are holding me up for now anyway..

I should also of completed the scroll for the new ports cape by then I have 1 of 4 so far so it shouldn't be a problem at all, not going to bother working hard towards the trim req that'll come in time although the new ring would be nice! 

 

So comp due in 2 weeks at the very latest unless Jagex bring another time consuming req out sometime soon (hopefully not!!!) xd

A bit later than planned.. Some 10 days behind if the last post is anything to go by but I'm finally within touching distance of 120 DG & Completionist Cape! :D (4M xp away to be precise).

Since Sunday I've been grinding away some 12hr daily sessions of dg.. I must say it's been quite enjoyable & I definately will be going for 200m!

Huge thank you to all the people who helped me along the way to comp, it's been a real epic journey & I'm glad I've finally achieved what I've aimed for all this time, albeit a couple months later than planned lol. 

The past week or 2 have been some of the most enjoyable I've had on RS in a long time I must say, I've met some really cool people while dg'ing who have made all them long nights of dg so far well worth it! 

 

 

Next Goal: 200m Dungeoneering xp - Will probably take a few weeks tops if I continue to no life the way I have.

Crazy weekend of XP gains, now up to 142m Dungeoneering xp most importantly :) 

However it's becoming more and more clear that when I'm not DG'ing I literally have nothing better to do so often bank stand or sit in the lobby, for this reason I'm contemplating going for trim comp, even if I don't get it given the longgg requirements in the way it'll still keep me occupied for the time being at least. xd

 

For this reason I thought I'd go buy buy 10k Cannonballs and camp Lesser Demons for there champion scroll...

 

After what felt like 20 minutes... (THANK YOU REVOLUTION!!!), I finally got one, although I am slightly gutted as it wasn't the imp scroll as I have no clue how I'm going to get that one! xd

Then I moved on to Jorges and within an hour I got the scroll from them too, lucky much? :P 

 

Will start boosting Cwars soon too for when I'm idle watching tv etc, like now lol.

Getting these Champion Scrolls in quick succession really did motivate me somewhat! :) 

 

 

@Levells - Thanks for witnessing me get comp! :D & rest assured I could not get such xp gains on a daily basis even if I tried XD

You can stick to the resource DG for imps, or go to the Ardy monastery grounds. Grats on the two scrolls already :)

 

And yes, knocking off Trim reqs is always fun even if you don't actually get it in the end :P

Ha well I don't know if it was a coincidence but I did notice more of a cluster of imps to the side of the resource dungeon.. will be relocating my cannon there later :P. - My 3rd & 4th Scrolls although I've only bothered to kill one champion so far lol.

 

And I definately will be updating my profile on that webpage from now Levells, kinda forgot all about it tbh but now I have a reason to use it so thank you! ^^ 

 

Edit: Thought I'd post my current reqs for the sake of this blog, struggling to make sense of half of the things on there tbh! Wish I never looked now lol >.<

I'm still waiting for them to introduce a way to show trim reqs for non-compers... >_>

Did you go to the museum to check? If you wear the hood, there's something you're supposed to click to check trim reqs remotely :p

 

I think I can only stand doing 1m xp/day after that weekend...I'll join your particleness in ~51 days

Heh funny that, I genuinely thought I previously had got the scrolls.. on the weekend I was telling my CC how the herb scroll thing was broke for me! XD

Also did not know that you could use the helm to check... Don't actually own a comp helm atm I have no clue were my helm disappeared to, never used it to tele to the museum either.. Must of dropped it by accident lol

I'm currently doing Ghouls, but there slow respawn rate is rather annoying... Going to do Artisan's Workshop now I think so I can upgrade the cannon to hold 90 >> More afk xd

i did ghouls with cannon and range, blood barrage went pretty well too, but i ended up getting it at like 1k kills

 

doing mighty banshees is not going to well, they have a ranged melee attack and for some reason it is hurting a lot more than it should

Been well over a month since I last posted an update in this blog! Reason being I haven't been able to play RS pretty much at all cause some idiot dropped his main laptop while walking downstairs... lol >.< 

 

Now I'm back though, I've decided to change my goals a little bit... I'm still going for trim, but unlike previously I'm not going to be spending all day & night at Cwars. :P This is because up until about a month ago I never knew court cases take a minimum of 22 weeks to complete!? :(

I have like 950 tickets currently so I guess they'll come in handy later, many months from now. 

 

So, instead I'm going for total xp milestones & 120 capes! 200m dg is on my list of things to do first. (How long ago was it I said I would of had this? :P)

Secondly I will be Mining, (yes actual mining, not just stealing from a camp) to hit 50m xp (45m atm), once that's done I won't pay much attention to it until either;

A: I have a ton of bonus xp in it (enough for 120) or B: I get close to 120 from all that warbanding (close being like 70-80m xp).

Thirdly I'd like to increase all my stats to 20, 25m then 30m xp+ 

I'm hoping by the time I have all this is done I'll have all the weekly trim reqs almost done if not long completed... Court, Rocks & Circus. 

 

Rambling over, I've been back in game for about a week now. Just in time for my monthly clan comp.. Mining :D, that explains the like 2m gain I did over the weekend, not going back till 200m Dungeoneering. Going to leave a xp tracker below for my DG progress I think! 

 

 

Other than that I've been doing a bit of duo Nex, a few runs of BA & an hour or 2 of heist, for Mining and Thieving bonus. 

 

Only 2 drops to show out of 50~ kills, also got Pernix gloves but non LS & it didn't broadcast? (Not that it's anything to scream about lol)

Pretty much at wits end with ports at just 25% to shield, its become such a chore imo, rarely do it unless I happen to be using the capt log.

Will be working on updating the Tip It Kalphite King guide, keep an eye out for that in the near future :)

I actually thought the Castle Wars weekend was planned for the last week of May, oh well I did what I could. This is how many tickets I got on Sunday alone, though Saturday I had plans so couldn't play as much as I would of liked! 

 

 

Won't be going back for a little while, got quite a few things I want done before Cwars req. Current ticket count: 1157.

 

Also passed 700m total xp! :D
 

 

My xp gains are going to pretty much come to a standstill from next week monday as I go for the Imp slayer seasonal! GL me lol :P
