Seems like they kind of quit on EoC or something and want to start all over again. Jagex hire new staff. EoC is un effected. People worry to much. That's some flawed logic. I voted' date=' but in addition to voting from my desktop I've also checked in a couple times on my phone, meaning I've been counted for one vote and three or four unique ip addresses.
