Saradomin_Mage
Could definitely see those wishing well seeds going for much, much more, given the profit on the fruit. Sylpheed
Flytrap gave me 675 ish Thiev exp at 93 Farm, didn't look at the farming exp. @above Wishing Well and Grapevine seeds are currently the most worthwhile seeds to use. Most of the others either give herb secondaries or small amounts of experience. Also put some super Sara brews in the G.E which sold instantly for 100k each. Damn people are stupid. Saradomin_Mage
Thieving, agility, strength etc. XP from the plants is determined by that skill's level, not your farming level. Looked up the Super Guthix rest effects on the official wiki, it's extremely underwhelming and frankly pointless. Cures poison as well as reduces poison damage (?), restores run energy, and boosts your LP 500 above the max. In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers. Sy_Accursed
Barberry bush is 1 harvest and gone, way to conform to the existing harvest styles of plots jagex... The further we get in to this update the more it seems near entirely useless; Snape and Potato Cactus may be handy but then they should've been farmable from day 1. The grapes seem like they may hold value and the well bush is kinda debtable atm but the rest kinda seem like a waste. I know it's in the cactus patch but they've already bucked that trend with the bush patches, and the wiki just says that the harvest is "a potato cactus", which would make it pretty pointless lol. The grapevines apparently function like fruit trees/bushes, so they're probably going to be the most useful thing to come out of this update. constrictor
I feel we will see a hidden update for wishing well bushes, increasing their worth in the near future. At least to make them somewhat time-profitable (atleast make them average 50-100k profit). muziclab
Sylpheed
Considering the Farming level needed and that the experience scales with the skill you get the experience in, Flytraps, Barberries and Sunchoke's undoubtedly need to be given an experience yield boost because right now it's just pitiful.
