Somethings on how different floors are:

:All rooms tend to have monsters in them.

:Every room is considered a Guardian Door room even your entrance is blocked off until everything is dead.

Up until this point, all I could think of was “… well, that’s nothing ‘new’, is it?” :lol:

 

*mumble mumble* fricken guardian door rooms everywhere with level 198 mages in them *mumble mumble* <_<

Rather you never get an empty room and they're always 2-3 of them on solos.

 

Even key doors and skill rooms still require you to kill everything to open them.

Does this mean that i can get very hard to obtain items very easy on hard mode? And how does secondary class works? Is it like if using berserk then i can use another class same time?

Pretty much.

 

Yes. But you only get partial effects based on your task completion from 25% to the full effect. Really useless for melees, Ranged and Magic get large bonuses from it though.

 

Hexhunter gets to roll 15% damage reduction lulz without sacrificing dat damage class.

Once I open them up I fully intend to do hard mode, just for the apparently easier to get ness of t11 and blood neck etc. and cause I gots to do all 60 for the title. My nature demands it.

I just got two soulgazers on floor 1 (solo med) and the boss dropped two t11 items (wand/boots) so I'd say hard mode is the way forward if you want binds :P.

Is the 'access to 2 more bind slots' reward from the hard tasks just 2 more 'reserve' bind slots in total for all items, or 2 more active bind slots? In other words, can we have a maximum of 7 bound items equipped now, or is it still 5?

^Yeah the 2 new binds are just in the pool giving you 2 more slots to bind things you don't need!

Hard mode solo meds is in the range of 250k combat xp/h - I got about 250k xp in 150k dg xp, which is two floors only (one warp one furn). I'm sure that I'm quite slow, and if you suicide more you can definitely get some good combat xp there. Combined with the already-good fishing/woodcutting xp, you can get very decent overall xp in c6 floors, which may make hard mode sort of worth doing - except that if you aren't already maxed combat, the lack of t11 weapons will hurt your xp/h, perhaps a lot.

I dunno I can see why they don't allow that.

I mean solo meds are only worthwhile if you are pretty fast at them, solo large are gonna be next to impossible to do fast enough to be worthwhile. I mean when you consider 20-40mins ball park (subject on how good ur team is and slightly ignoring uber times msot cant hit) is taken for a 5 man team to clear everything, you are talking 3-5 times that for someone to do it alone and a 60-200min floor...

a 20-40 minute average for a competent team is really bad. Collam Daan times are like 10-20 minutes and while we're all fairly competent, we aren't top-notch-dg-10-hours-a-day-miss-no-ticks DGers. The DGS solo large record times are all sub 20. I think someone with a reasonable knowledge of DGing could consistently get sub 40 times in a 1:1 large.

DK drops (solo/LS): 66 hatchets, 14 archer rings, 13 berserker rings, 17 warrior rings, 12 seerculls, 13 mud staves, 7 seers rings

QBD drops: 1 kite, 2 visages, 4 dragonbone kits, 3 effigies, lots of crossbow parts

CR vs. CLS threads always turn into discussions about penis size.
...
It's not called a Compensation Longsword for nothing.

I've sent a 12k combat mission to have Aiel assassinated (poor bastard isn't even Pincers-tier difficulty).
