warbands question

hey guys

this might be a stupid question... but: why do i always get killed at warbands? i seem to be the only one who always gets piled.. i usually have to wait a bit till ppl have calmed down or already left. is it something with the purple gear and the yaks or is there a fc which keeps you from getting killed or anything the like??

it is kinda annoying, as i only go there for the construction xp and don't really wanna bother pking...

any worlds without pk(/er) or anything i can do to just do warbands without pking?

thanks!

Are you using Warbands 1 or warbands 2? If not then that is one reason why you keep getting killed. There are plenty of other fc's but those two are the only ones I use for the time. Here is a reference for you: http://www.warbandtracker.com/

As a whole; however, even with a fc you can get pk'd sometimes.

FC members do not attack FC members and some FCs have a pact that they pile all non-FC members. So basically, there are no downsides to being in a chat.

No. They are basically lobbies for finding FCs in warbands, and when all the FCs are full Warbands 1 does the event as a group. It is in your best interest to join Warband 1/2 40 mins before start and switch to an FC when they announce them.
