Scouterzach1
So, with the recent addition of bonds, I decided to get a bit of membership, kind of to try the game out again. I played the game for a long while (6 years) and havent played regularly in probably 8 months. Ive already noticed a few changes with the interface and such, but what has changed internally on the game? Just a few questions: 1. Divination. Wat. Any guides?2. Have there been many armor/weapon updates? I'm still rocking the chaotic weapons of all types so Im not really sure if those are up to prime still. 3. Where should I start out? Farming runs and slayer seem to be what always worked for me with a little boss hunting mixed in, is this still the best? 4. Have there been any huge skill training improvements? Like the way runespan was for runecrafting? If you have anything that would help, it would be much appreciated! Hedgehog
Hey, Zach, good to see you again :p 1. It's a really easy skill to train, so you don't need a guide. Just click wisps and then put them in the rift when your inventory is full. The wisps give memories (nonstackable items, similar to curly roots) and energy (stackable, can be converted into extra xp at the rift if you select the 3rd option). Chronicle fragments (little orange balls) come out of the wisps every so often and give 10x your hunter level in hunter xp. Turn them in at the Guthix altar (you'll know what this is when you do The World Wakes) for divination xp. 2. There are level 90 dual wield weapons for each style. Drygores (melee) are like 80m or so now, so I recommend getting them. There are also level 90 armors, but don't worry about those for now. 3. Farming runs are pretty bleh right now. I'd try to get a loan of like 20m or so and then camp the QBD to make money. 4. Warbands have made mining, herblore, construction, and smithing obsolete, but I recommend avoiding them out of morality. They're kinda ruining the game. Other than that, there's the flash powder factory, which is like 108k agility xp/hour if you're good, but I think that was out when you left. Scouterzach1
Heya Meredith :D Well I've got around 100mil and already got most of the basic equipment, are drygores really that much better than chaotics? Also, has dungeoneering changed any? Current Goals:96/99 Dungeoneering2300+/2496 total
