F2P Skiller Help.

A Snake

Recommended Posts

So, i made a new skiller yesterday called A Snake, I like the name it's really cool. By accident I used a lamp on Agility to get 3. So i have a question, Are you still a f2p skiller if you train 1-5 in all members stats? (Except combat)

It's kind of up to you to define, but seeing as it is a non-combat skill fully within the parameters of what can be achieved on f2p alone I don't see why you wouldn't be a skiller for training them.

The skills are available (up to level 5) to F2P players, and it's not a combat stat, so yeah you are.

Since it isn't a combat stat, I'd have to say yes, you are still definitely a skiller. As for remaining "F2P", that's really up to you, it's a matter of how you view things.

I think it's a grey area as in a lot of old ftpers consider the 1-5 in members skills to void your pure ftp status, but seeing as Jagex have allowed ftp accounts to train member skills up til level 5 without membership then officially you are still a ftp skiller. It's all a matter of perspective but in my eyes at least your still a ftp skiller. Good luck with all your future goals :D

Why would anyone not consider you a F2P skiller? That's something that is perfectly available as a pure F2P.

That's like if Jagex released a new skill that F2P could completely access and F2P skillers didn't want to train it because that content wasn't available before.

Or any content that was P2P-only in the past and was made available to F2P.

The idea of remaining f2p is to impose a restriction on how you play in order to make it more challenging.

Using a lamp on agility in no way makes your gameplay easier.

Therefore the restriction was never lifted, so you can still call yourself a f2p skiller. The only issue is that people could see your agility level and assume that you got members at some point, but that can easily be dealt with.

It's all a matter of opinion, one may say you are while another says you aren't. If you still consider yourself one then you are. I personally say you still are; I'm getting all my member skills to 5. Of course, in the future, I may actually get membership, but that's still debatable.
