In regards to claiming last year's bonus xp, I have the Hati paws and Skoll boots retrieved from Diango and there is no option to gain the outstanding xp. I definately did not use all the exp last year...

No you should of claimed the 2013 xp before the event started

 

No, it just says use the xp before you start the 2014 event. I must of used it already somehow because the gain-xp option is not there, but I only used 10% of my boots from 2013.

I forget how they work with EoC. If I hit one of the wolves, can I get drops, and do I get any combat xp*?

 

*I don't want HP xp but like 1M bonus xp is just too good to pass up on.

If you had to claim from Diango then you destroyed them without claiming the XP. You can't get it back. If you had stored them in your POH Costume Room then you could have pulled them out and claimed the XP. This is what I did before going to get the new ones.
