Combat training

I've finally decided to train my combat after years, so clearly I need advice. Probably just defence 85 -> 90 and strength 85 -> 90.

Targets?

I will not be training through slayer. My OCD won't let me get rid of all P2P=80. What would a good NPC be to camp on? Less 'effort' the better.

Armour?

I prefer non-degrading for money savings + simplicity. I was thinking Bandos. Any other options? No, I don't have all tetsu unlocked.

Weapons?

I'm willing to use drygores, mostly because I don't have chaotics. Which ones?

Abilities?

Is momentum any good? I prefer to AFK, but will use other abilities if momentum is terrible.

Other advice?

I haven't done CB in at least 3 years. I don't remember much.

Thanks,

OTM

Slayer > secret method im not allowed to leak > fight cauldron (also apparently some people are meleeing glacors now but idk how good that is) (I feel like I'm forgetting a couple good ones)

Torva > Bandos > Rockshell > Tetsu

Drygores > chaotics > godswords > barrows

Momentum is like doing rocktails instead of c2s, except momentum is still a decent amount of effort and abilities aren't as bad as you think.

I'd really wait for revolution in your situation. Then you could be atleast ~70% efficient, more if you bother to use thresholds. Momentum is quite terrible. In general, higher level monsters should be preferred, something like airut if you can do them well(only attack the ones weak to you and are able to either KO/stun when they spec).

Get 85 dg, your OCD will have to manage with the amount of $ you gonna make at frosts. Extremely easy to do, weak to stab, takes like 15 secs per kill, you can make up to 4M per hr in frost bones + I believe you get 1K exp in atk/str from them. Just do barraging and stuff like that in abyss/at daggs for charms for summ. (daggs for summ, abyss is pretty bad for charms)
