Found a little guide, i'm looking more or less towards the range voider. but can anyone confirm that these stats are true?

The Void Pure I'll teach you to make's stats will be around:

80+ Attack
99 Strength
42 Defence
99 Hitpoints
99 Ranged
94+ Magic
52 Prayer

100 Combat

Again, you might be better off asking in the OSRS section.

But the stats make sense don't they? Void requires lvl 42. You have your 52 prayer for smite (to counter protect item), 94 magic for veng, and your typical 'pure' stats. You don't necessarily have to get 52 prayer...just 22 will do for void. But you might as well take it all the way.

Are you looking to be a hybrid void pure? If so you will want to limit to either 60/70 attack to keep your combat level lower. If you are only going to be ranging then you should keep your attack/strength @ 42 each to stay under 90 combat.

Not actually sure yet but for now i want it to be a void ranger, but the att and str are already 59 attack and 51 str? would it be aight just training only the range up?

It's been a while, but if I my memory of the old CB formula is correct as long as your combined attack and strength were <148  at 99 range your combat level would be based off of your ranged/defense level, meaning your melee stats wouldn't be relevant in CB level calculation and you could still hit the optimal combat level for being w/e ranged pure you wanted to be.

So if you want a ranged void pure you would go for 99 ranged/42 defense/60 attk/90 strength/99 mage as the optimal setup, which also coincidentally allow you to fight effectively with almost every side of the CB triangle at like 90 CB or something depending on hp/pray. The melee stats don't even really matter if you fight with just ranged, it's just there in case you want dds/melee switch for w/e reason.

I wouldn't recommend a void pure simply because it's a 10 hour time investment each time you lose your void. If your internet craps out or Jagex's servers crash, you're shit out of luck. Or if a scumbag PKer just decides to kill you and prevent you from recollecting your void if you die.

But anyways, if you're shooting for void ranged, then getting 80+ att and 99 str would be insane because then you'd be melee-based. Meaning, you'd be at a severe disadvantage every time you choose to use range as your primary attack style. Keep your combat style ranged-based at all times.

Overall though I wouldn't recommend PK'ing in void unless you're exclusively going to be dark bow spec'ing people when they're weak and then running away like a little [kitty]. :P

It's pretty much the same stat distribution as one of the lower level rune/zerkers, only your combat is on the brink between range/melee based. There's nothing stopping him from using normal rune/dhide/mystic for edge pking.
