Mining/Smithing Help (80-85)

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

So next my on list to get to 85 is mining/smithing. I was just wondering what are the best ways to do this?

I heard that LRC + superheating is a really good way to go?

And is the d pick really work it? (I think it was like 16m when I checked it)

Any hints or suggestion are thanked!

You'll get to hear this a lot: warbands.

But besides that you are pretty spot on.

LRC gold ore mining with superheating, imcando pickaxe and jujus should be the way to go, dropping any bars in the progress! Also if you like, you could use the crushing scrimshaw.

I have been doing warbands. Was using them on construction but I'm going to change it to mining now.

EDIT: should I do SC for bonus xp?

And, do goldsmithing gauntlets work for superheating?

Gauntlets work for superheat, don't do SC. Wouldn't bother at all with it if you are going to do warbands anyway, you should spend your time on something else UNLESS you have a deadline to hit. The warband calculator will tell you how long you need (and how many supps) for the levels and you can determine if that is going to be "fast" (time measured in days, not actual time training) enough for you.
