What's a good method of doing Supreme JoT without too much hassle on lunar magicks?

Access to all skills and spells.

That is what I would do. You can kill and pickpocket guards at west Varrok bank.

My Taverly run:

Chop 2 logs from oak by altar (1)

Fletch 1 log into bow (2)

High alch bow with Explorers ring (3)

Take free bird trap from hunter and trap a swift (4)

Bury swift bones (5)

Catch crayfish (6)

Light 2nd log (7)

Cook crayfish (8)

Pickpocket pompous merchant (9)

Take free summon supplies from Pikkupstix and make spirit wolf pouch (10)

Punch a cow on balanced melee xp (11, 12, 13)

Shear a sheep (14)

Rake some weeds (15)

Spin some wool (16)

Mine 1x copper & 1x tin (17)

Smelt a bronze bar and smith throwing knives (18)

Kill a wolf with throwing knives on range xp (19)

Cross balance beam on agility course (20)

But see, that requires you to run around a lot instead of just clicking a preset in your bank

True, but then it only takes me 5 minutes, it doesn't cost me anything and I don't need to hold a stock of items in my bank (which needs a good clear out again!) plus I pick up my daily 3k broad bolt tip order on the way round, each to their own I guess. :-)

Here is my route, which could work while on lunar if you use a Polypore or add in hunter.

 

Start at Taverley lodestone

1. pick a flax from field

2. fish one crayfish

3. cut two normal tress

4. start a fire

5. cook crayfish

6. fletch unstrung bow

7-10. kill a cow with melee (controlled)

11. kill a cow with range

12. kill a cow with magic

13. bury bones (I use bonecrusher, one less action for me)

14. spin flax from 1 into bowstring

15. mine a copper and tin ore

16. smelt a bronze bar (drop)

17. catch toy mouse

18. clean free grimy guam herb

19. pickpocket pompous merchant

20. make free spirit wolf pouch

 

The inventory I use for this is as follows:
