kage107 Posted July 4, 2014 Share Posted July 4, 2014 last weekend i got my account hacked. the guy had my email any everything... i got my email back and messaged jagex they froze the account, know the weird part comes. i try to get pack my acc and for some reason they keep denying my request! even when i give them billing IDS and even old passwords! i even sent them the email i got when i made the ACC! Rena Posted July 4, 2014 Share Posted July 4, 2014 Well the first thing to do is to contact Jagex who has the authority to authenticate you and give the account back. Not a fan site with no authority to get your account back and can't really do anything to help other than to tell you to contact Jagex. The Jagex support@ email is discontinued.
