I seriously hope that it is an example of a misplaced decimal and not complete, shit balancing. That way only the QA team is to blame.

 

Same like a perk in FO4 giving you plus 2000% accuracy instead of the intended 20.

Note - turns out siphoning is around 50% exp.

 

Another note, if you use a wrong style armor (Ranged weapon + melee armor for example) the armor gets only 66% of the weapon exp.

I originally didn't train on release out of sheer laziness.  Now, I'm extremely glad that I haven't. But with volatile the changes have been post release, I'm honestly terrified to start training the skill.

Same, I thought this skill might have gotten me back in after about 4 months of not caring but seems like way too much [cabbage] is going down atm.  Just from browsing the thread, it seems like they really just completely missed the items that need to have a sink.

Well anyone know how to get some Good weapon perks? Here is what I have right now: Yya7TEU.jpg Well yeah I thought that it would have been a lot longer for saomeone to get to Level 120. Has anyone seen the 120 Emote yet?

Matt I'd say the best you have are the Precise uncommon mats. Equilibrium and Presize are nice, tho the debuffs are somewhat nasty.

Batch 1 is combat related, they will release the majority of the skilling stuff later on so right now - mediocre melee buffs for insane maintenance.

 

> There is a perk which turns poison into healing and afaik it works against Araxxor. This one is the better IMO.

> There is one that if you grind enough and you're lucky you can get to rank 4, so +4% chance to crit hit.

> There are two nice for slayer - one of them slightly prolongs tasks (slightly is like 5-6 more kills per tasks on average) and another one taht gives up to 5% damage on slayer tasks "depending on how far you are through your Slayer task"

> There are some nice tanking perks too

 

In general the problem is not that the perks are underwhelming (and a lot of them are) but the insane maintenance you have to put up with.

 

I'd say the biggest bonus is that you can turn those pesky non-degradable T70s to degradable, so we can finally have some consistency.

Between levelling up the item reducing drain rate and the assorted inventions along the way that reduce drain I haven't found the maintenance to be that out of hand.

 

Could perhaps use a bit of a tweak in how many charges the charge pack gives, but on the whole not too bad.
