HappyDarkBow
Hey guys, I went on a 6-7 month hiatus from RS3 and wanted to start playing again. I was a member for quite a while before and of course canceled it when i stopped playing. I logged on today to find out that while I have the same character with the same email address, all of my character stats are level 1. Does anyone have any knowledge about this? Can I get those stats back? Thanks! HappyDarkBow
Arceus
Hmm that is odd. You weren't by any chance playing on Old School before and RS3 now (or vice versa) were you? Jagex rarely reset accounts down to 1 but sometimes funky things happen with email addresses and mix up accounts. You might try contacting them via Twitter (@JagexSupport) if that is available to you. "Fight for what you believe in, and believe in what you're fighting for." HappyDarkBow
Nope, it was RS3 both times. I would get it if the members only stats were 1's unless I renewed a membership, but it's all of them so it's confusing. Plus, I can't exactly find anything like this anywhere else. Arceus
Maybe try logging in under account on the website and checking messages as well? Kimberly
HappyDarkBowCan I get those stats back? Thanks! You've got to talk to Jagex, not a fansite. Good luck. You wouldn't happen to have any account offenses do you?
HappyDarkBow
I'll be messaging them once I find a way. I was just wondering if anyone has had the same problem and how they fixed it if they did. Thanks for the replies though!
Sy_Accursed
There's not really a lot to be said on "how to fix it" the ONLY people who can wipe your stats is Jagex. The only way you can get them back is training again or talking to Jagex. Gang Sabre
Not sure if this is relevent or not, but you can move all your stats from classic to OSRS to RS3. If it was done in that order, you should have two wiped accounts if you moved the xp in that order.
The Observer
Your account may have been rolled back as mentioned if someone had access to your account and botted.

Not accurate. 1) There has NEVER been a migration of accounts from OSRS to RS32) The ONLY migration that ever happened was at the launch of RS2 where peoples account contents were moved over from RSC.3) The migration did NOT leave random wiped accounts. It was still one single Runescape account it simply meant the actual player differed between RSC and RS2. The result was logging in on RS2 you had your fully fledged account, on RSC you had no items or stats. Sy_Accursed
Well you didn't.The only time a migration of stats of any sort happened was when RsC moved to Rs2 in March 2004. Leaving RsC accounts statless and itemless. Overtime Rs2 became Rs3 but there was no migrating of anything for it to happen. Gang Sabre
What I think happened was... I logged into my classic pker Narkoticks with my membership and then RS3, skipping osrs completely. I dont have a picture but my RSC guy has 50 50 64 56 and so does my RS3 guy. My items seem to have moved on to my RS3 account also.
Arceus
Yeah, your stats were transferred from Classic to RS3 during that migration that Sy described. The parallel introduction of OSRS had nothing to do with that. "Fight for what you believe in, and believe in what you're fighting for."
