Lieutenant: Achieved after 1 month of being active in the clan and attending clan events. This rank is pre-leadership and has a role of responsibility within the clan. Captain: After remaining as Lieutenant for 1 month, you are eligible for this role. This role is hand picked for leadership reasons.
