bebemycat2
I find it quite funny that people keep posting "its my victory", while ignoring the last posts about the interview. Don't get upset, if they wish to be oblivious to the realization that this artical shows a user who was very misleading then let them do so. They wish to look apone cheat(ers)/(ing) in a biased mannor so they can create a misleading stereotype, where they are the so called "Golden group", where they are perfect, while they refuse to become open-minded and work with us for the better of the game. By working with I mean, come to the realization that macro creaters do not ruin the game, but people who abuse the "product" are, and to put them in the same group as us macro creators is far misleading. It breaks down like this: Macro creator ----> User/Casual user/Tester..etc. -----> Abuser/Leecher

granolabar234
You will never BELIEVE this, but I had him on my friends list!! He was in the same clan as me!! The clan had only about five members, but our clan goal was to mine iron to help Lord Kain1 get to 99 smithing so he could make us full rune whenever he wanted!! I just recently took him off my friends list. Kinda wierd, how I could almost see the exact place where I came into that story, y' know? I recently finished my goal of stealing 10,000 cakes! http://img395.imageshack.us/slideshow/p ... 42u61.smil New Goal: Ring of Stone

Pwnd
Do you all really think that this guy can share his autoing experiences? =D> You all make me pround. Not. He autoed for what, a month? If that? We have people that have been in the cheating scene for well over the life of RS2. It goes back to RSC. But anyways, that's besides the point. You actually become addicted to cheating. You can't quit, it's to fun to see how you can make something work. This is from a programmer's point of view. It's fun to make your own programs, edit the client, get stuck in crap because you can't figure out a way around Jagex's new engine. I don't play anymore, and if I do, it's mainly legit. I do, however, still contribute to the cheating scene. I hope this guy is ashamed of himself for telling you this horrible story. Join the new GFX and Programming forums today! I think thats takin it a bit extreem there :P, lets not have us the starters of a flamewar. I just think people take too much offence to us autoers. I can recal many times when people say things like "How could a worthless scum stoop so low as autoing". They make it seem like the end of the world. Bah, probally not even that popular anyway. Anyways, like most cheaters here *cough* I write programs for the challange, test them then release them, and leave it at that. We have some very, very smart people in our community that contribute so much it's unbelevable, no where have I seen such a community spirit. Yes, people come, take scripts and leave like a thief at night(Fakawi's  ) but then, you need to relise, pretty much ALL cheaters you see will be level 3 autoing high level goods. You will never see a REAL cheater, we blend in with our enviroment. What I'm trying to get at is, you get the abusers, cheaters that cheat just to "break the system" and the creaters of the cheats. Out of all the cheaters I know on this thread, none of them are abusers. I could name them but you've probally guess'd them. And Wizzy, I thought Fakawi was hosting the forums. :-k
Lord-kain1
Honestly, this wasn't the best read... But i'll say it: I've never macroed, and never will! Only losers actually play the game. omg .. are you people actully thinking before you type? i mean are you even hearing yourself speak? Games are ment to be played. PERIOD. Your like the people that go to the Trophy shops and have "State Champion" sports cups made and fill up display cases with them claiming you were on whatever team. If your just going to have a program run then whats the point in playing the game at all? I mean you talk about turning it on and just going out and getting freash air. Heres a news flash: people that arent maxxed stats and are playing fair DO have a life. you dont have to spend 16+ hours a day to get to moderate+ lvl in this game rather quickly. usually the fact that they HAVE a life is the reason that they arent as rich or high levled as the macroers are and I really resent the fact that your bad mouthing honest hardworking gamers. How about we talk about you for a minute? People breaking rules set into a game, and then complaining about the admins enforcing the rules and dissing the people who are actully following them. so its just a game.. Poker is a game and people that cheat have been known to eat some lead. Footballs a game and people end up with broken bones for cheating there.. Baseball... ya hear about the steroid use or corked bats? THOSE people are looked upon as scum AND get thier name dragged thru the mud. And at lest they are just enchancing what they already have. They dont go " hey you Johny Five your up to bat and i get credit!" Death45
Marcoing is stupid! Anyways who in their right mind would let some machine have the fun of playing runescape while they are lounging around? Well i know what are the signs of a marcoer, When you talk to them they don't respond and are doing something to rasise a certain skill(either that or their public chat is off) When they are getting mauled by a random event they stay there and do what they were doing until they die.(trust me i saw it happen in Karamja once) and if they continually get fireworks above their head and don't yell out loud "Yess I am lvl (insert lvl here) in (insert skill here)!"(either that or they just don't like bragging.) If you see these signs and that person had a reputation of cheating in RuneScape, report them IMMEDIATLY! O:) That's right i said IMMEDIATLY!!!!! We do not want players such as those to make the game worse for everyone else.

DegenerateX
Never used actual skilling macroes, HOWEVER I do have to admit I have used auto-typers when I merchant. :( In a way I feel bad that I'm doing something I'm not supposed to, but when I think about how much I'm actualy cheating for personal gain I dont feel that guilty anymore because the item I am selling is rightfully mine I just use an auto-typer to stand out of the crowd to my buyer so he can find me faster. *Flame away and call me an autoer noob* Looking for someone to teach me how to Armadyl farm - pm me10,200th Person to Achieve 99 Magic on 1/10/

Kurito
I have never cheated in RuneScape. Not once. Ever. ...Unless you count looking at Tip.It's guides, but hey, I still need to train for those, don't I? And it's like I'm using an auto program to run the quests for me. Oo; That would be wierd. Here are my skills. Attack: 70 Strength: 62 Defence: 62 HitPoints: 64 Ranged: 43 Prayer: 45 Magic: 53 RuneCrafting: 34 Construction: 45 Agility: 56 Herblore: 40 Thieving: 53 Crafting: 46 Fletching: 48 Slayer: 34 Mining: 67 Smithing: 54 Fishing: 53 Cooking: 53 Firemaking: 49 Woodcutting: 67 Farming: 33 I can safely say, I HAVE EARNED THIS VICTORY! :) You know that you have tainted yourself when nothing you've, you have earned. I would know, I feel a GREAT sense of accomplishment, spending several months, YEARS training myself. Take it from me, it feels much better than being a HACKER. No one ever bragged about java skills, we dont even write any scripts in java. He used javascripters testing their skill as an example of how someone might use it to cheat at runescape. And to the person above me, you didnt earn crap with a lvl 70 something main :P. I got a legit 105.
