  1. i understand how u feel, i barely play this at all. Pretty much just went on today to try and do the xmas event (but as i was half way thro buildin a snowman all the snow just disapeared!!!). I cant say i wasted a whole load of my time on this, played a bit here and there over the last few years. But the summer before last i played loads for bout a month, which i was annoyed at my self for at the time, but i think i learnt from it...
  2. i hope wot ever drops the dragon pick, only drops a dragon pick head, that way u need to get the pick handle from another pick. Gives a purpose to the head coming off ur pick, instead of it just being to annoy u.

  4. In the biohazzard quest it should be put in the tips, tricks and notes that all 3 vials and the plague sample must all be handed guidor at the same time. If you are missing the plague sample he will take the vials of you, however you can not just come back with the plague sample, you must go and do them all again! Also that the quickest way to get the samples etc to guidor. is to place them in the bank at ardougne, tele to fally, take out the vials (not the plague sample) run to the chemist give the guys the vials then tele to varrock, take the sample out of the bank there then go to finish the quest.
  5. I no alot of ppl hate ppl teleing from the wild, but i think its just stupid not to. If ur under lvl 20 wild, and ur fiting some1 and winning then they tele its just annoying, but if ur fiting and losing and cant tele, u lose ur full rune, now that makes me angry! Mite b missing it somewhere but y r yellow capes > other capes? As for the ranged guy, not sure bout the coif and full rune, i no alot of ppl argue it either way and i have always seen it as a matter of preferance, but when u get to hi ranged lvls i think ur rite. Prob should mention tho that maple short > maple long. On to mage... mage ammy is better, higher mage attack stats, although thats all u get with the mage ammy it def worth it (if nothing else the fact thats its alot cheaper helps). It would b blue wizzy top > black wizzie top > monk robe (top) All the elemental staffs are equally as good, just depends on what spell ur using and what runes u have in the bank. I know that ur prob thinkin fire staff as most ppl will b doin fire blast. However, if like me u buy fire runes at about 12gp ea and airs at 15 then 5x12=60gp or also 4x15=60 So basically wheather u use a fire staff or air staff each cast is approx the same. It does depend on how much u personnally buy ur runes for, think about whats cheaper for u and dont just use fire because u think ur saving 1 rune each cast. Air also has the added advantage that if u rune short of runes or whatever u can use an air staff with any other elemental runes for attacks if it comes to that. Also if u do tele u using 1 fire instead of 3 airs like u would b with fire staff. Which brings me to my final point about teleing, it takes 2 spaces for the runes not 3 spaces like some1 had previously said, u will already b weilding a fire or air staff so wont need that elemental rune. anti-drag shield is better than wooden shield. When talking about where to pk u mite want to mention which areas are multi combat and which areas are not. Even if ur soloing its good to know where the nearest non multi zone is encase ur attacked by a clan or wotever, greatly helps ur chances of survival. As has been already mentioned u need a pures section and some advice on teams/clans but i appreciate that ur working on this. Pretty much already knew everything mentioned except which worlds to use. And considering the topic im surprised i had anything to learn at all, so well done on that :thumbsup: The whole thing is layed out very well and u've done a good job on the guide i give it a 7/10 but once u make them few alterations and get the pures and teams sections added im sure it'll b at least a 9! Sori for being quite judgemental just trying to help :D
  6. I suppose i support the killing of rc pkers, but not sure bout the kamakazi thing. If u die and lose ur stuff, all u've achieved is making it profitable for the rc pker. If u wana make ppl stop rc pkin, u have to make it pointless, if there makin money outta it there gonna keep doin it.
  7. Yea, i've bn playin for about 2 years now and i remember it. I discovered that crumble undead was like the best way to lvl magic just about the time my magic lvl was high enough to use it. Went out spent all my money on the rune in the right ratio, and crumbled for that day. The next day i logged in, it had bn nerfed! Was ragin!
  8. I seen a pic and it was a guy wit 9 hp and he had 30 attack and was holdin an addy scimmy! Done it on dummies wit wine i think.
  9. I have noticed alot of ppl think that the new capes will b just a bonus to ur skill eg, minin cape wuould b similar to haveing 105 mining or something like that. Honestly i would b very disapointed wit jagex if thats how it turns out. I wana c something new and imaginative wit the new capes! Eg. Prayer cape, enables more than 1 protect spell to b used at a time. Maybe the attack cape makes ur spec recover quicker. Things like that. Not simply like having a higher lvl in that skill.
  10. I c where ur coming from, but it is gud to kill creatures with high xp. For example if ur killing something with 20hp and ur max hit is 18, which is something like ur suggesting, slightly above max hit. Then say u hit a 14 at the start, then at best ur nxt hit will b 6. 2 hits = 20 hp =80exp. But a creature wit 60hp, say u hit ur 14 again, then ur nxt hit can still b anywhere be anywhere between 0-18. Therefore max possible exp in 2 hits = 18+18=144exp. Prob wont b as high as this but almost certainly will b higher than the 80exp from the low lvl creature.
  11. Yea and f2p can also get to lvl 60 attack doesnt mean they can use dragon armour. Most ppl's reasoning for y f2p's should get the capes is cause its harder for them. Last time i check the ppl jagex look after arent those that use the services they provide for years with out giving anything back, its the members that are paying there wages that they look after. I personally think that f2p's with 99 in skills really dont look like they are gonna b becoming a member so jagex wont give them capes. However i would like them to Summary: if i were jagex i wudnt give f2p capes. If i were me (whop i am) i would give f2p capes.
  12. Cant c it to b honest, thats basically like adding new stuff to do at skill lvl 99. Its not really about having an actual cape. Things like str attadef mining wc etc will prob b just like havein lvl 105 or something but wud b nice if they surprise me. The rest are less obvious, smithin mayb an old idea, less coal required/ 100% iron something like that. Magic, perhaps a new spell which can be auto cast, or just the ability to auto cast any spell, make hi lvl alch real nice ;) or ancient magics wit water staff handy. The rest its hard to say but i wud be disapointed if all they cud come up wit is a new ability when wearing it, eg. new bows can b made wit fletching cape on boring!
  13. Gotta say they done a gud thing adding a bank to lumby, still cinda annoyin that u have to go up so many floors, but they never did want it easy for us like that. They needed a bank there, i remember the first time i died, didnt have a clue wot was goin on, no bank no help!
  14. Also u dont have to click on that wee button, u can click anywhere about there and it switches it from on/off.
