  1. It's sad to see so many people quitting before they see what's going to happen... Seems to me like they're getting upset cause they can't make the kind of money they did pk'ing or merching (assuming it was faster, but I wouldn't know). But you know, those aren't the only ways to make money on RS (You DO have OTHER SKILLS, you know). The trading system is going to royally suck, you can still make money by working on skills, fighting monsters, or whatever. But then again... that won't really help if God-knows-how-many % of the RS players quit just because of a bad update... As for me, I'm going to keep playing. I have my own ways of making money. I've never pk'ed or merched anything in my life, so this update really doesn't bother me.
  2. Luckily, I have never had friends scam me. Don't get me wrong, I've let some friends borrow things, but not expensive things. A couple of my friends are STILL after me to borrow my dragon axe, though... :notalk:
  3. My first rune pickaxe... I was a BIG miner on F2P... Now I've had a bout 7 or 8 rune picks from Treasure Trals, and I never use 'em... :|
  4. I get this question alot in-game. "What does your name mean?" :wall: So... now's my chance to explain. The "Zelos" part: I'm a HUGE fan of Tales of Symphonia, and Zelos is my favorite character. As for the "1826": I had a username on another website that was given a random number at the end (which was 1826), and I liked it, so I kept it. :
  5. I'm P2P, but I will join this little campaign, since I know all about the "not enough space". One of the main reasons I joined P2P is 'cause of the extremely limited bankspace in F2P. I was getting more and more items that I needed to store, and I simply couldn't do it due to the limited space, which was in my opinion, false advertisement. I mean, don't show all that space if you can't even use it!!! I believe that F2P deserves the bank space just as much as P2P, even if it is just a line or two... They have stuff to store, too, you know! :
  6. Updates usually don't affect me. I will read about them, yes, but more often than not, they don't interest me... *too many new quests  * There should be some updates to skills that alot of people don't care for, like Construction (Another sawmill, FTW  ), or some things to wear that increase EXP in a certain skill, like the Lumberjack set for Woodcutting. But what do I know? XD
  7. I never really liked clues 'til I could actually finish a Lvl 3... :uhh: But my fave for Lvl 3's is Blue Dragons. In fact, I've never gotten a Lvl 3 from anything else... But I do get an occassional Lvl 2 from Guards sometimes. Have NEVER had a Lvl 1... :?
  8. This is an EXCELLENT idea. I would love to see Jagex do this... I've got so much stuff that I can hardly keep track of it all anymore...
  9. Varrock is my personal fave for mining iron, since it's right next to a bank, and there's fewer people. Though Dwarven Mines are good too. :D
  10. I hope they haven't stopped dropping whips... I've been working on getting up to 85 Slayer and fight them just to get one. I have a LONG way to go, though... :?
  11. I think this update is ok. The effects of all the new bolts are neat, but since I'm not a ranger, this one wasn't really for me. :(
  12. I'm usually walking/running somewhere else (usually Falador) when someone trys to tele-other me, and it disappears off my screen before I can see what it said... But if I do catch one, I ALWAYS read what it says before I accept it.
  13. The best places I've found are the far east of Lumbridge Swamps (easiest way over there is 29 Agility to squeeze through the fence) and the Mining Guild in Dwarven Mines. The Guild is the closest to a bank, but the most crowded.
