ok there this dude that is calling himself moderator and he wants my password to inspect.. or i'll be banned. his name is Hi skoolkid7.. is he a scam or what?

i'm at the agility Pyramid but I have no idea how to get in. It says I am suppose to talk to Simon Templeton. I cant find him.. or atleast he is nowhere around the pyramid.. where is he? Thanks for your help!
