RuneScape Information

  1. A WGS2 quest can't come out till Jagex matches Zee-dude's power to Lucien. If you look at it from a different perspective, Lucien and Zee are having a "Space Race" with each of them competeing to get to God-hood first. When the Arrav/Zee series has neared it's climax, then Jagex will merge the 2 quest lines and we'll have a HUGE Marjaaht battle between the 2 cousins :ohnoes: He didn't mean that literally, he meant it from a level of difficulty perspective. He said he found the MEP2 puzzle hard, as most people did, to the point where it wasn't even enjoyable.
  2. I have no idea, but Jagex didn't state where he is because they hoped it would cover up for not releasing any game content this week. "Search For Dell Monti", a new quest :-#
  3. In other words: We accidentaly released part of the code for the next skill, but we wouldn't tell you that because that'd mean we're being honest.
  4. from lurking update threads today.. I still don't see how that provides anything to speculate on?
  5. Uhh... :? Please be a new skill. Please please pleaaaase. Journeyman fits in with the leaked signpost on the empty tab. It HAS to be the new skill :ohnoes: Ok I said i'd stop but I thought about it for a minute: Journeyman could be a very interesting and useful skill. It could incorporate both sailing and exploration. And for the sailing portion to be useful they could spread the map out a bit. I know its all very unlikely but its a nice thought... [/hide] also fits in with the dig site island That would be the perfect combination of updates to get a LOT of people to forgive them for their shoddy updates recently.

  7. Like almost everything in RS. It does sound vaguely like a skill. But i'm going to bite my tongue and just wait to see what it really is...
  8. [hide=] Or because last year and the year before weren't designated "upgrade years". Anyone who has to ask why there aren't as many updates this year hasn't been paying attention at all. Well I haven't seen any upgrades, besides the familiar adjustments on the 18th(which is how it should've been upon release of Summoning), in atleast a month... You can't just disregard what was quite a bit upgrade just because you think it should have been that way before. (It should have been but that doesn't mean you can disregard it). There has been an upgrade this month. I'm eagerly hoping for an update tomorrow (bank holiday today so you won't be getting an update). [/hide] And I understand that, but they honestly cannot justify an entire year of bug-ridden, short content over some upgrades. They've made more significant upgrades in previous years and stuck them in the "in other news" section, or paired them with another piece of content. The only thing I can believe is that they've taken some of their main content developers for RuneScape and sent them to temporarily work on MechScape. And please do not start with the "MechScape has their own team" arguement. I've heard it before and I still don't believe it to a full extent. I honestly think they've deverted some RuneScape content memebers to MechScape's development...

  10. I'm not just irritated with the unbelievable number of "no update" weeks we have had, I'm just downright frustrated with their secrecy. You cannot call these developer blogs informative of updates, especially when most of these project they're talking about are still months and months away. I think they need to start back up with the State of Play's they released in 2008, I liked those alot. They gave us information on projects that were actually nearing release, not the next graphical update of tool leprechauns planned for 2013..
  11. I agree it make them look like they've done something. I'm going to go with this. The lack of updates is getting really irritating.
  12. I'm most excited that they're finally fixing those GE bugs that annoy me on a daily basis.
  13. Whoa whoa there. I like Shinedown too, but that's a title that needs to be well earned. Fair enough, and I'll admit I was in a really bad mood when I said that and was over the line. I'll go change it now. :-#
  14. Not a chance. Shinedown's lead singer (along with his singer pals from Hinder and Three Days Grace) sounds like he's taking a dump whenever he sings. That style is just plain annoying. You're an idiot. OT: Black Tide's cover of Metallica - Hit The Lights. I personally think it sounds better than the original [yt]ZA01ustG7jU[/yt]
