  1. Woah. I got completely and utterly pwned by a moose. Go Moose! Btw, I DK if you do.
  2. My math isn't great, but I think you'll get 91 rc out of this, which is a mil an hour gp for the win.
  3. Effective farming costs in the millions. Just the fact that you can buy xp and then walk away while it develops makes many high levels hungry for a 99. And prices go through the roof.
  4. The knife and sword are potentially worthwhile when used in conjunction with a berserker necklace (unfortunately ~5m).
  5. Gratz. Also, let me ask, is it a growing flower, a fully grown flower, or both that protect your growing allotment?
  6. If Etrana allows this, things could get interesting. But I haven't one to test with.
  7. If you die once every 50 trips, please reconsider your RC-ing strategy. Not to be rude, but with a one-click tele you should easily go thousands and thousands of ess before a pker so much as comes close to pking you.
  8. Notice that in about an hour of rcing, you waste enough to buy yourself a new glory. (possible exaggeration) If you're that likely to get rc pked, this may not be the best skill for you.
  9. I'm not Dusty, and as much as his level pwnz mine, I can sort of give some advice. Going full-on, you should only need a few days. I'd tell you to plant acorns, ranarrs, limpwurts, and strawberries. If you have the time, wildbloods, bananas, and cadavaberries will also add to your xp count. The majority of your xp will come from the acorns and strawberries, but wildbloods are quite underrated and fruit and bush xp is nothing to laugh at. Replant bushes.
  10. Are we allowed normal weapons for KQ? Or at least a bow?
  11. If you're set on this goal, and you think you'll get a sense of accomplishment from it, then by all means go ahead. But please let me tell you that someone else earlier in this thread is right, shades are probably the way to go. I think overall, it will take you nearly the same amount of time gathering druid pouches as oils and shade remains, especially if you have a friend training in the shade tombs. But shades pay off amazingly. Let's assume you start burning yew pyres. (Buy yourself 5k maples and burn them just regularly to begin.) That's 300 (log) + 100 (random stuff) per shade, and you get more than a 1k back or better, sometimes far more, along with clues and fine cloths. Meanwhile, these beat your ghasts by some xp per action, and as an added bonus, you're training firemaking at the same time. When you move on to mage pyres, although I'm not there yet, I've heard it averages several thousand gp a shade and tons of cloths. 99 pray is quite nice, but if you have time to spare, why not get 99 fm in the same time?
  12. (Take that, you no pic no proof'ers!) WOOT!! D AXE!! Now, there's quite the back story to this. (In which you'll understand why this is going on Dusty's blog.) At any rate, I was kinda frustrated with the boredom factor of firemaking while in Edgeville and started spamming people to go DK with me. Dusty agrees, and I'm like, wait... I don't mean right now. Yadda yadda. So I finish homework, and we go. We were duo mages. We had a suicider, and he was good at his job... just a bit overzealous let's say. So Dusty has this plan, way risky. Apparently, he'd be the suicider... just not die. He runs in, gets supreme and prime... and eats like a madman. I see his green dot briefly before I am in a safe spot and he teles. Woot! And then I was in place. This was my first solo, and also my first trip with the warspear. Not the greatest combo I'll admit. I was nervous. And I kept making mistakes, albeit small ones. I got pwnt many times by spinies, and since they kept farcasting me, I couldn't heal. My supplies dwindle and I lose hope. And then.... OMFG D AXE!!!! one one eleven goes the PM... and Dusty's like OMG OMG BBQ (exaggeration) and we're like woot! And I stay the rest of the time uneventfully. The end... for now. WOOOOOT!!! THANK YOU DUSTY SO VERY MUCH!!! (btw, I'm not actually sure this goes well here, and if you don't want it here that's fine too, I'll take it out, just right now really hyper!)
