I'm laughing so hard cuz Pourfondeur was mentioned in Hell's Kitchen (the TV show with Chef Ramsey), and only 1 person in the entire group of contestants knew what it was while the others had extremely baffled looks on their faces. And they were gonna serve this dish at Dinner Service.
