Im always been f2p so i know it.. i would go to crandor and kill moss giants there(they drop black sq shield and mith sword and other stuff)i made there 20k and my runes didnt go up cuz moss giants drop nats..... Worked for me so it should work for you...

Stronghold of security in the 1st lvl... go lure 5-10 minotaurs (lvl 27) after u and go do something else like me:reading tip.it forums... thats how i got verry fast exp doing almost nothing :D

the most easiest way is to go to the goblin house in lumbridge and say in it:Buy all bones 2gp(or higher) each!!!! Worked for me :P.....

Does anyone knows what the fastest way is to get att,str and def exp for f2p?
